      Operating out of CA this company is subject to CCPA laws but refuses to comply.Customer service refuses to delete my data. All of my personal information is collected under a profile that has a different middle initial than my own, with my own middle initial listed as an 'alternate name'. This profile includes my email, my family members, current and old phone numbers and addresses. Their automated online system for identity verification and deletion/suppression of personal data does not work, and the ** department refuses to engage in any sort of human dialogue, simply copying and pasting identical messages.

      I have found my information, again, all over intelius. I can see listings under *********************** ******, *********************** ******** and *******************************. I wrote intelius that I CANNOT use the address suppression tool as it is a violation of the Address Confidentiality Program for the state. My information it appears was never pulled after my last complaint. My confidential address with the WA secretary of State is listed along with all my other addresses. At least their information is accurate. Please as a victim of stalking remove this information. I will not agree to the terms of service of the suppression tool. Because I cannot divulge more information to remove obviously visible information.I have enclosed screenshots from google.Thank you so much *********************** ******

      On 7/10/2024, I emailed Inteliis.com requesting to have all profiles associated with my name removed from the companys database, as well as all of its affiliated websites. I informed Inteliius in my email that Ive been the victim of stalking, cyber harassment, and have been receiving repeated death threats for the past *************************************************** how to suppress my profiles from its website. I followed the instructions and when I got to the final stage of submitting my request. I received a message stating that no records were found matching my name in its database. I started the process over a second time clicking the link provided to me in an email from Inteliius. Both times yielded negative results. I informed Inteliius in my initial email about whats happening to me and how it is causing me distress and to have suicidal thoughts. After two unsuccessful attempts to suppress my public profiles from its database, and all its associated websites bearing my information, I sent a second email detailing the negative results and my email has been ignored. My cyber bullies are purchasing my personal information from Inteliius, and its affiliated websites to continue to keep track of me to inflict more distress upon me emotionally, physically, and mentally. I feel my emotional and mental wellbeing is at stake without Inteliius handling this issue respectfully and urgently.

      I clicked on to the the business is Page I did not get any services from this business I was charged a 3.99 fee and then subsequently and 95 cent fee before I blocked them and they have continually been trying to take out almost $40 back to back on my account.

      When a user activates their account, they must provide an electronic signature authorizing Intelius to charge their payment method as described, including for the automatic renewal of their membership. Our Billing Terms are conspicuously explained on our registration page and in our Terms of Use. Customers are sent a confirmation email for any orders placed on the site.

      Customers are able to cancel online from within their account, through our Customer Phone Support, or by sending an email to [email protected]. After a thorough investigation, we have determined that no cancellation attempts were made through any of these channels.  

      As a courtesy, we have cancelled all memberships and refunded ****************** account back to the payment option used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred.       This business has very slow customer service. I paid once for their background report, after weeks of waiting- I finally received the report I paid for. Now (a month later), I was just charged again ($25.11) which would make it appear that they signed me up for a subscription, which I never signed up for. I want my $25.11 refunded and to never be charged again.
