      I would like to file a complaint stating that the company that I have selected has violated the tcpa (Telephone Consumers Protection Act). I went to the site this morning looking for insurance put info in so they could contact me initially. when I got the first call I stated I had resolved what I contacted them for and asked to be taken off the contact list. I have then received 10 more calls today from this company. each time they called I restated that my issue was taken care of and I no longer needed their service and asked to be taken off the contact and call list. they refuse to do so until I give them personal information that I am not willing to give out.

      This company uses fake websites to get your contact information so they can hound you with calls trying to scam you. for the past 2 weeks i have received ************************************************************************** the first 10 times i finally had a small attitude about them calling me and the man on the phone cussed at me. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. do not give them any information and dont send them money. and to the employees- get a real job losers

      I paid for leads and now cannot access my account. I have left several messages with no return call. I got an email offering to help access it. None of the options they presented helped, and they were repetitive. The email responses come with a "solution" once a day, sometimes every 2 days! Can we not fix this in one day?!!!! It's been a week and I still can't access my account. I asked for a refund 3 times!!!! And have not even had that acknowledged, just another email saying, "...have you tried this, or that...". I tried everything they asked and it didn't work. So now I simply want my money back because it does me no good in an account I can't access. These leads help me generate income! And it's during Open Enrollment when everyone is looking for health insurance, so a week is significant. How many sales (income) are sitting in my account untouched due to their incompetence?! REFUND, CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!

      We were on the **** website looking for health insurance when we got forwarded to **************************. After putting in zipcode and phone number this company which is the same as Nextgenleads started calling hundreds of times and sending hundreds of texts which are still coming in. I reported this to the ***, asked First Quote Health to stop on their ******** page, and am at wits end on how to stop them. I am not able to reach a person when I call. Is there anything that can be done?

      I attempted to get an insurance quote from this business. The website stated putting my phone number as the last step to viewing the quotes. Instead within 30 seconds of sharing my phone number with this website, I got immediately redirected to multiple other scam websites and now my phone wont stop ringing. Be smarter than me, do not trust this scam company.

      I simply tried to get a quote about health insurance as a newly pregnant person and they have been calling me nonstop even though I told them I dont have time to speak right now. I thought i was entering my information into a legitimate website but theyre brokers who want to sell you insurance. Not affiliated with any NJ healthcare organization at all. And theyre rude when I ask them to stop. Literally harassing me.

      On 11/24/2024 I was browsing looking for insurance quotes. I fell victim to looking for insurance with NextGen Leads. I immediately began receiving hundreds of spam calls all through this night and all today 11/25/2024. This is unexceptionable. My personal identity has been violated. I have had no sense of peace due to your failed system. The brokers or whoever they sent my information to are very pushy, harassing and downright rude and walk to line of criminal. They interrupted my sleep, and they are now interrupting my work day. I have attempting to contact you 4 times by phone and have left 2 voicemails regarding this and received no response. I need to be opted out and these spam calls and emails need to stop immediately. Im in fear for my safety, the distracting phone calls and emails are interfering with my manual labor job. Your website doesnt highlight how someone can prevent this from happening. And it does not give clear instructions on how to remove myself from being contacted. This is very misleading and disappointing at best. Im now fearful my information is being sold to fraudsters. I cant trust this company.I need this harassment to stop. Again, I feel in fear for my safety and wellbeing.

      They have spammed me with almost 50 spam calls per day even though I am on the do not call this. Their agents also refuse to put me on the internal do not call list.

      on 11/20/2024 I input my contact information into what presented itself as a state health insurance vendor. I wanted to compare health insurance quotes, but once I realized this was a private company selling information, I left the page and did not accept the terms of contact to get the final quote. Despite this, I have received non-stop spam calls and texts from their marketing partners, with no way to remove my information. I would like all contact from NextGen Leads LLC or any of their current or future marketing partners to stop immediately, and for my personal information to be removed from their lists.

      Yesterday evening I visited a website disguised as a state health insurance vendor (**************************) and provided my contact information in several different forms that all linked back to each other. Assuming this was some bug with the site, I continued to fill out the forms. One of these forms required the acceptance of a privacy policy. On the second time filling out that form I read the fine print more closely and discovered that I had agreed to allow the company to provide my information to their marketing partners. Despite immediately sending an email to ********************************** demanding my information be removed from their system and being told it had been removed, I have received over 60 spam phone calls and SMS messages today. I would like to no longer be contacted by NextGen Leads or any of their current or future marketing partners.
