    Tried to order an expensive bottle that was on sale, I entered my payment info and then it said out of stock but yet it still showed as available online. I tried again and it said the same thing. A few minutes later it said out of stock on their site. The next day it was back in stock at full price. Now they wont give me the sale price and tried to offer me 10% off. Not a reliable site, they seem like they are just fishing for buyers with their fake sales.

    I purchased a bottle of JCB pure vodka. Upon receipt, the vodka was brownish when it shouldve been colorless. I immediately contacted the company to inform them. After exchanging several emails, ******* sends me an email with their no returns policy. In the policy it states to file a claim for a defective item. It was to no avail. I will not be ordering anything from them again. Out of $80 for a vodka I cannot drink.

    I think they need to revise their shipping policy. To pay for shipping is uncommon now a days. In addition, I placed an order on July 2, the product was not shipping and picked up by ***** till July 11. To pay for ground shipping and have it take almost two weeks to get here is ridiculous jn 2023. The customer service (when I contacted them five days after seeing no updated shipping) was polite and had a quick response.

    Great service from this company. My order was delivered via ***** with tracking and arrived in perfect condition just days after the official release date of the spirits. Will be ordering again.

    Beautiful bottle but my label is shredded at the top. This bottle was robe part of my extensive collection but with a damaged label it doesnt really fit. How can we remedy this? I do have a picture.
