    Placed a pre-sale order 2-3 months out from release of a new whiskey worth over $300. Shortly after the release date I reached out to customer service to see when they would be shipping my order. They stated they hadn't received their order yet and it would probably be another month. I waited 2-4 weeks past this deadline and still did not receive my order or heard anything from Sip. Last week I requested my order be canceled and money refunded, but still have not heard from the fulfillment team. My first order with this company earlier in the year, I had no issues. At this point in time, it appears they offer up rare whiskey without being able to fulfill orders, take your money, and stop communicating.

    Awful for online orders. Month goes by, no products. Emails always a lousy excuse. Had to get my ********** involved to get a refund.Don't order from them, go elsewhere.I Absolutely DONT recommend this online site

    Sent me the wrong whisky. Advertised the wrong whisky on their website. Never received what I ordered. Website still showing wrong version of the whisky. They obviously could care less.
