    SCAM!!!!They do not answer emails, Instagram or ******** messages.They took my call and said order was going to be canceled a week ago.. I was charged and product did not ******* NOT BUY from them!

    Placed a pre-sale order 2-3 months out from release of a new whiskey worth over $300. Shortly after the release date I reached out to customer service to see when they would be shipping my order. They stated they hadn't received their order yet and it would probably be another month. I waited 2-4 weeks past this deadline and still did not receive my order or heard anything from Sip. Last week I requested my order be canceled and money refunded, but still have not heard from the fulfillment team. My first order with this company earlier in the year, I had no issues. At this point in time, it appears they offer up rare whiskey without being able to fulfill orders, take your money, and stop communicating.
