    Ordered a specific whiskey bottle set from sip whiskey and after waiting nearly 2 months the incorrect bottles were delivered. I reached out to the company to resolve the issue and all communication from their end has stopped. I ordered the ******** crme brle whiskey and was provided the ******** architect which is a much cheaper bottle and not what was specified. I would either like a refund or the correct bottle be provided.

    I ordered from this company for my upcoming wedding, no one responds to the chat they have online and when i called the number they have listed a guy just answered with hello, he was very sketchy stated they would ship my item out that day and it was not shipped. I see online that this company is sketchy and has alot of negative comments with regards, The product will no longer get here on time and most likely they will never shipped it out from what I can see.

    I placed and order with them on Jan 11th for $405.33. I understand they have a 3-10 business day period to ship. I emailed them several times trying to find out where my delivery was. On Feb 8th, the ************************************** any information on why it was delayed, I requested the order be cancelled and refunded. Their response on Feb 11th was they apologize the order never shipped but can't guarantee cancellation as all sales are final at the time of purchase and they would send my request to the fulfillment team. By the 14th I had not heard from them so I responded with the below, this is the exact email I sent."At this point this is just ridiculous! I reached out to you on Tuesday and it is now Friday. In 2025 I find it absurd that a company does not offer refunds, especially for goods never shipped! Below is a timeline of events for clarity.- Order placed on Jan 11th for $405.33.- First email send Jan 23rd, 8 business days after order placed. Received response that typical shipping is 3-10 business days. No problem.- Second email sent Jan 31st, 14 business days after order was placed. Email was sent to internal team for follow up.- Third email sent Feb 8th, 19 business days after order was placed! Received response on the 11th stating cancellation/refund was not guaranteed. As I am typing this email, we are now at 24 business days since I placed the order!So as a consumer, you're telling me that you can do what ever you want, and take as long as you want, and there is nothing I can do about it. That is unacceptable! I have already purchased the items in this order form another site and have received them. I need this order cancelled and refunded immediately. My next course of action is contacting the BBB and reporting this to my bank."I have received no response from them.

    Place an order on January 21 and paid $30.55 for *** (ground 3 to 4 days)States it will only be delivered February 14.If a company y can not fulfill an order accordingly then they should not be using *** or any other company that should delivers fast. I sent an email on February inquiring on why I paid for a service that was not accomplished. Got a response today stating there were too many orders and carrier limitations. And gave me the tracking order that I already have since the label was created on 1/22 June should get a full refund on the shipping costs because they were not fulfilled as stated on the order when placed.

    I orded bottles of tequila as gifts for Christmas. I got an email it was delivered and I never got the package. I email for help and they said they could not help me and to talk to **** *** could not get in touch with the business. Sip Whiskey has deferred blam and will not make this right, by refunding the money or sending a replacement

    I placed an order on Dec 21. They charged me >400 for the order immediately. On Jan 5th I emailed them since my order still hadnt shipped. They responded on Jan 6th that they were surprised it hasnt shipped and they would look into it. Since then Ive emailed 4 more times and had no response. Its obvious they dont intent to respond to my emails or fulfill the order.Ive now disputed the transaction with my cc.

    The packaging provided for the product was insufficient and had no chance of being delivered without damage. It is also unclear if the bourbon delivered is authentic. The outside box was open at the bottom and smashed at the top.The bubble wrap around the bottle had been opened.The top of the bottle is wrapped in plastic wrap, and the alcohol was spilled out into the plastic wrap and fabric bag.There was a dirty bottle of detox supplements inside of the box with the whiskey.

    I made a purchase, to be shipped, on 11/13/2024 and was charged $183.76 to my account. I got an email that it was shipped on 12/5/2024 with a *** tracking number. I have checked the tracking number up until 12/16/2024 and *** says they have not received the package yet to ship. I have contacted Sip Whiskey twice by phone and twice though their contact mechanism on their site. I have had no response.

    Ordered specific product from website and received wrong product. Contacted supplier and they initially stated they would send me the product ordered and a label to return the incorrect product. I have not had a response or received anything in weeks and supplier will not respond to my attempts to contact them. I even ordered their separate insurance.
