    This is a total bait and switch operation. They list premium hard to find liquor at list price to entice your order but the order is never fulfilled. When contacted, they respond via email with generalities and platitudes but never any real information. If you let your charge reach the 60 day period then your credit card cannot give you a refund. I contacted CABC and lodged a complaint, only to be told that my only recourse was to sue **** It was not in their jurisdiction. I got a cc refund. I emphatically urge everyone to pass the word on these crooks and do business elsewhere. One star review my ****.

    These folks are crooks and have never heard the term customer service in their life. If the btl actually gets to you then congrats you got off lucky. Should anything happen due to their negligent, nonexistent packaging, then enjoy your broken/destroyed btls. Once they collect their money they couldn't care less what happens afterward.

    Ordered some moonshine from this location back in June 2024 and still havent received it but it sure didnt take any time for them to take the money and now they want me to do there work for them and try and locate the stuff I ordered to me its there responsibility to find out why I didnt receive my order

    If you are ordering a limited edition product or pre-order, do it elsewhere...They were unable to collect my payment as they were trying to collect more than the original amount authorized... and never reached out to me to let me know there was an issue. So I missed out on a limited edition product. Very disappointing.

    I ordered some tequila about a month ago and still has not shipped. I ask for a refund and got no response. I called the customer support number, straight to voicemail. I tried to chat online, nobody responded. Im out $270 dollars. ****** learned, do no use Sip Whisky.

    I ordered a collectors edition set of whiskey for the upcoming Deadpool movie. I got the package and every bottle was broken. I paid the shipping insurance for up to 300 dollars. I contacted the company the day the order was received and provided pictures. They said they were only going to refund the estimated amount of alcohol that was lost. Today I received a refund of 5 dollars on a 142 dollar order. The company shows no remorse or care that they clearly did not honor their insurance policy to deliver a quality product.

    Paid $78 for 2-day delivery and it was late. Paid $24 for Gift Wrapping with message, and it was only bubbled wrapped box of whiskey inside *** box. **************** number and email cannot be reached out (email bounced). So I have no way to place a complaint and request a refund but here. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Note: price is higher than other vendors, but this has fast delivery option that I need- which is false.

    Purchased a 6 pack of the limited edition deadpool gin, was only sent 4 of the 6 bottles. Out of the 4 that were sent 3 of them arrived with damaged seals, labels and bottles. My friends and I had planned on collecting these bottles and wont be able to now. Reached out to customer service about the issue, to which they responded with: For the missing items, please let us know if you prefer to have the missing items reshipped or refunded.For the damaged items, due to the aviation cap seal design, there is a possibility of leakage during transit and/or seal damage. SIP WHISKEY INSURANCE WILL ONLY PROVIDE A PARTIAL STORE CREDIT BASED ON THE VOLUME OF LEAKAGE OR DAMAGE AT OUR DISCRETION. NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE OFFERED.This response was not acceptable to me. I gave them a few a few days to respond and informed them if they did not make things right by replacing or refunding I would open a claim with my credit card. They didn't respond anymore after that so I went ahead and opened a claim with my credit card.

    Sip Whiskey overcharged me for a bottle that I purchased. When I brought it to their attention, they denied my claim when I had the evidence proving my overcharge. My advice is to shop somewhere else and forget them.

    I ordered 3 weeks ago, label created 2 weeks ago and still hasn't moved. Contacted customer service and they gave the auto generated sorry for the delay response with no real update.. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Spent over $225 and nothing.
