Employees responding to work for lightstream have been contacting me regarding fraudulently submitted documents, and ignore repeated declarations of removal of information, stopping further contact, and simply repeat themselves.

I was contact by LightStream financial, claiming to be a part of Truist. Offering me a loan I didn't apply for, but my curiosity was active this day. So I went along with "****" he called himself. offering me a 3000 loan that i could pay back at 150 a month. sounded great, who cant use a few extra bucks. After sending me a loan doc to sign and reading over it, things i noticed. first I will point out I was called by 4 different numbers for "LightStream" and yes LightStream i get it was not the real you. All GA numbers they said.************ ************ ************ and finally the number on the loan doc ************. Seems weird if it were the real Lightstream why all these numbers would go to one guy.The loan doc weirdly had a seal stamped on on it from "The Great State of ********" seemed weird as well. The loan doc was sent from a user named *******************************, which was also sketchy. you would think the email would have a lightstream domain. The doc also stated the loan would be granted but then you would have to send back anywhere from 500-2000 bucks which was to just verify your bank and then they would send it back to you.yea i dont think so.When I questioned these different aspects, i was responded to with, yea the phone numbers only come to me "****" because he was the only one working. the strange email was his merchant person , which then i said what merchant, which the reply was our merchant for giving the loans. the question of the sending money back, which no place willing to give a loan would ever ask for , was replied with, well since your credit is below 650 this is just to verify things. Being that i have low credit doesn't make me stupid just means i haven't had the the financial clarity i would like to have.I am not sure how these people can be stopped , but can tell you they most def have fleeced people and need to be stopped.

So I believe I am also a victim of someone pretending to be from this loan company. I was given money to my account after being sent a form to fill out to connect my account (it looked like a cheap version of Plaid) and was told I was approved for $5,000 and would be sent the loan amount after I essentially gave them their money back. Shouldve listened to my gut but Im in such a financial bind that I need a loan that big. I have screenshots of every transaction and the contract that I signed. Im very upset and worried that this is gonna ruin my financial status completely.

I was called from a company claiming to be Lightstream LLC and that they were going to finance a couple named the ********* wanting to purchase my timeshare. I was told to send money via zelle for a processing fee and other bogus fees that unfortunately paid. So far I have sent them $6100 for this transaction. This money was send to ***************************** at ************ and ******* ****************** during the last week. When asked for more money I determined I was scammed by this and person representing your company. I have since contacted The ************************ and Zelle and made a report to them on fraudulent activity. Please respond to this notification.Sincerely Yours ****************************

Respond to a request for a personal loan this company use me to what I can only believe was to wash money from their thru my bank account. Telling me was a verification system. Over and over they deposit 1220 then ask to turn it into money cards for same amount. Putting a hold on a loan amount into my account. And continue putting a hold while keep asking to continue using bonus money amount to money cards. This seeme to me of some kind of money laundering. Got mad I dont answer their call and keep messing around with my bank account My bank have block them

Initial my consent to their explanation looks real. However after my direct appointment consultation with partners federal credit union. And a phone conversation to do call lightstream. Com. I not satisfied with their attitude and not respond to protect themselves of been part of this scam neither protecting the public. Trust is a large institution with the obligation to place roadblocks to

Anyone that can impact their bussiness or the public under their name and bussiness integrity. The fact that they refuse and know of this fraud constantly happening to the public I found them guilty of my last money and negligence in conducting bussiness   We are simple community relying on bussiness to managed implement correct an
Y action that by association does a illegal and awful act to the public. I very much will go to court to hold them responsible. Because they know and stand by seeing the damage to the public

Today 08/01/2024, I was supposed to receive my loan deposited into my account to get my goddaughters dental work done before she started college. I applied on 07/23/2024. I was approved for my $6000.00 loan request by Lightstream and 5 other sister companies i chose Lightstream because their rates were the cheapest. I answered all their security questions with no issues i received 2 more emails after i signed my loan papers that were CONFIRMATION OF LOAN FUNDS AND CONFIRMATION OF THE DEPOSIT ON 08;/01/2024 (TODAY). I also received a call from ******* at Lightstream yesterday morning asking me to provide the name of my bank the money was going into and bank info. which i provided it to him. SO THEY ARE LYING WHEN THEY SAY THEY DONT ASK THAT INFORMATION AS IVE READ IN THEIR RESPONSES ON HERE TO THE COMPLAINTS OVER AND OVER THEY ARE LYING!!!!!! HE ASKED ME ALL THAT INFO TO VERIFY IT BEFORE THEY WOULD DEPOSIT MY FUNDS! AND YES HE IS AN EMPLOYEE OF LIGHTSTREAM! And after jumping through all their hoops and doing everything on my end with 100% accuracy as of today at 533pm i still hadnt received my loan deposit. I had to call them to inquire why????? My credit score is well over 800 I have no problem paying my bills and i spoke to ***** who informed me that ALL LOANS ARE SUBJECT TO AN AUDIT thats the biggest lie yet and NOWHERE IN THEIR DISCLAIMERS ON ANY EMAIL & MOST CERTAINLY NOT IN THE LOAN DOCUMENTS I SIGNED DOES IT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT RANDOM AUDITS!!Which conveniently fell on the day i was to receive the funds in my account, and not so much as even a phone call to update me on this lie. I have attached all the email correspondences and loan documents along with their disclaimers for the BBB and anyone who needs to know and see proof this company is FRAUD!!! They wasted my time, and hands down have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I informed ***** to cancel my loan agreement IMMEDIATELY! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Per your inquiry, it is stated in the approval email you received on July 29, 2024, "All approvals are subject to an additional verification review prior to funding. We reserve the right to decline the requested loan if we suspect fraud or misrepresentation, are unable to verify funding or account details, or find that your loan request otherwise does not align with bank policy". In regards to your credit score-related inquiries, please note that LightStream is not a FICO score-driven company. When we receive a loan application, we review the entire credit profile of the applicant.

First I submitted my information to get a loan to get out of some debt on ******* this company emailed me (Light Stream finance) and I got in contact with a FAKE loan advisor (******************* phone number ************) they wanted all my bank information for verification I gave it to them since I was in desperate need, he stated I needed to pay a down payment to obtain the loan I told him never mind I dont have money for a loan down payment and he stated he would give me the down payment he would just need all my bank information and so he could put into my account and so he could also submit it to the credit bureau saying that I paid them back, I would just have to return the money via Apple Cash or Venmo or Apple Card the Apple Cash wasnt working and I dont have Venmo so he told me to get the Apple Card at a ******* and send him the information (Apple Card number and receipt) so I did because at the point I wanted nothing to do with this person or their money it all felt wrong, but they already put the money into my account. I told him I wanted to cancel my loan and the process and he belittled me. Thinking it was done and over with, on 7/18/2024 I get notice from bank Im at a negative balance after working in this day at 5pm i opened my account and they returned these checks that they put into my account putting me in an over negative $400 balance. I call my bank immediately and am currently working with them with this, after I called the LightStream Finance number asking why they returned their checks when I sent them their Apple Card and the representative said enjoy it. Ive attached pictures with this situation And hope I can get help or this business gets shut down.

On March 4th, 2024 a man claiming to be a Lightstream employee, called me about a loan for 10k. I have been sick for a long while and could use the money. Long story short, when it came time to give me the money, he said my bank account was not with an approved company, so he would have to wire it. I had just been scammed a few weeks prior, so I was cautious. He was a good talker and got me to buy two Target gift cards to cover fees. I am quite sure he isnt with you. I have his contact info if you want it. I really hope you pursue him. Total jerk.
