Be safe. LightStream will never send unsolicited emails, text messages or letters asking people to provide, update, or verify personal or account information. Passwords, Social Security Numbers, Personal Identification Numbers (PIN), credit or check card numbers, or other confidential data should never be shared with unsought offers.
Be vigilant. If you have received a suspicious email, text or other communication OR believe you may be the victim of a possible scam, please forward any information to [email protected]. Ignore and delete unexpected messages asking for passwords, PIN, or other confidential information."
