I ordered and paid for a Squabble package that included a Demand Letter and Court Paperwork for $68 on April 10, 2024.I have not received my order.I have emailed the company inquiring about the order 3 times and have received no response.I have tried calling representatives of the company numerous times without success, a recording say they are unavailable.I have cancelled my order and am seeking a refund of $68.There is no method of requesting a refund other than sending an email to ******************************* which yields zero resonse.Business Response

I requested squabble serve a ***************************** with Color Changes **** Not at any time was I informed that ***************************** wasnt served. I was even told court order was served. I was never told that ***************** wasnt served. I was told in court that a *************** was served and is no longer associated with the **** Not at any time was this information relayed to me prior to court. I paid for Squabble App services on January 10, 2024. I paid them $569.00 for their full package. Their service was advertised as 100% money back guarantee. After and only after I hit the purchase button, I was informed that I would need to be able to receive mail from the *********** court. At that point I reached out to Squabble customer service via email to inform that I would not be able to proceed with a small claims filing and to request a refund. The representative with whom I communicate, *************************, told me the best their legal department could do was issue me a partial refund of $196.00. I escalate this dispute to my bank, **** of America. But I am still out $569 and waiting for a review of my claim to try to get my money back over cancelled service.Initial Complaint

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They charge you for a package that includes an attorney drafted letter. This letter is a generic form that you have to spend time working on to change this and that - it would probably take you a few hours. It is a form that can be found on ****** for free. When you sign up for the bottom package, you are given the option to sign up for an upgrade at a later time, but once you pay for the bottom package, the upgrade is significantly more expensive in an email. You do not have the option on their site to upgrade. I was asked for $70 more rather than $35 more. If you are to upgrade, it does not include process serving. They tried to charge me an extra $200 for that. I asked for my $60 back because the services I paid for were no longer included and I was being asked for more money. They told me no refunds. I figured this would be a way to save me some time and energy but instead it created more of a headache. I would be better off, going down and filing this myself and sending my own demand letter.Initial Complaint

On 9/18/23 I hired Squabble to file small claims for me and I paid $303.00 to file and on 9/25/23 I received a email saying it was filed and accepted at the court so at the end of October I asked had they served the person they said no not until I get a court date they said court was backed up. I went to the small claims court office 11/6/23 and I asked if they had anything filed for me on 9/25/23 they checked the only thing they found was a case file back in **** so I file my case and I paid for my filing fees and I showed the ladies my phone with the emails from Squabble and they said that they never heard of them and never received any money or paperwork from them for me. I want my money refunded back to me these people are a scam and are taking people money please help me get my money back please I am retired and I need my money I was taken advantage of by a contractor and that's why I am going to small claims court.Initial Complaint

I paid Squabble to *** a company in small claims court. Squabble sent me a notice stating that I must appear in ************ court. Well when I got there, the court told me the hearing was virtual instead. So when I tried to contact Squabble to get a refund with their guarantee, It turns out that Squabble doesnt have any customer service. You cant call them, you cant email them, you cant call them. It doesnt even seem like a legitimate company. I want my $250 from Squabble back! Email me to send me my refund, or Im taking this to small claims court.. *************************Initial Complaint

On 9/11/2023 I contacted Squabbles online for filing on my behalf a small claim in ** Superior Court. I was charged and paid $300.Squabbles to review my case and upon completion of triple review will file the case on 9/14/2023,the date passed w/out case being filed. I was alarm of too many questions and reasons for non-filing of my case, so I consulted the records of BBB which showed negative reports but still I gave Squabbles additional one day up to 9/15/2023.
