    Paid for their service on July 7th 2022 with an understanding that they make court filing process easier and stress free; as they handle the process on you behalf from from start to finish as per attached- "what to expect document".The court is said to accept the said filing within 2weeks, however since July been waiting and now the tune has changed to next 2 week = the 2 weeks are over and now there is no Response.It Beats Logic why these people show it fit -without communicating to my person- to mail a filing while the could have reverted back to me with request if I could handle the filing in person- this suggests that either they don't know the process or they buying time in the scam process.Since they are unable to deliver the service paid for / or they Technically knowingly lied by implying they make the process easier and stress free while it seems they have NO clue of the due process- they should refund my funds as this is nothing short of a scam.The several complaints against this business on BBB web page exemplifies False advertising with a tendency not to deliver.
