    I hired squabble to help with a case. they attempted process service and didn't serve. Since I have emailed squabble multiple times, they do not reply at all. There is zero customer service, and i will end up losing my case without service done. This company is a FRAUD

    May 17th, 2023 I would like this business to return my money since no service has been provided.They promised to help me file a case to collect **** from another business that damage my passport and refused to refund me money paid for service. I was told that they will do all the filing and all necessary legal proceeding for me, but since they took the money, they have ghosted me and never since touched my case anymore. they took unauthorized money from my account by saving my credit card information on their system. This company is practicing scamming on the internet but masking themselves as a legal practitioner.

    Paid to have Squabble file a small claims court case after an auto accident. I filled out all the paperwork as per their request and sent to them. They said it was filed, see documents, and per the clerk of court I have no filings or paperwork send to the court. I have tried many times to communicate with them with no response. They never filed the paperwork, never contacted the court and refuse to respond to me.

    SquabbleApp incorrectly filed my case with the ***************** Court. They:- Filed with the incorrect court - *********, should have been *************** - Omitted business address in filing Due to the above circumstances, I was required to go to the court in person and re-file my case against plaintiff. They fulfilled none of the service I contracted with them to complete. Further, I wouldn't have known that the case was never initiated if I hadn't followed up with SquabbleApp directly.

    I have been trying to reach someone from Squabble for over two weeks after they incorrectly filed my court case in the wrong jurisdiction despite all my information being correct. It seems like they will hound you to be able to get your case filed and then once they submit the paperwork, they are nowhere to be found. I have contacted all the employees via email individually, sent them 2 messages on LinkedIn, responded to all the help desk tickets and have heard NOTHING. I can't understand how customer service can be this bad! If they've already filed the paperwork (which I believe they have) all I want is TIMELY responses and the care and work they have promised. At this point, I can't refile my court documents. This is not the service promised or expected. Please contact me.

    Back in march I paid $285 approximately to squabble app to go to court against NetSpend and I paid the fees but they sent me paperwork to be notarize and scanned and I explain I don't have a fax or scanner I am in the hospital rehab but I asked the social worker and they did it Tuesday and Squabble said they never got it then I asked the administration to do it Monday and that was the last words I heard from scrubble. I have been emailing them and calling them and no answer and no response. I even tried the *** of the company but nothing. I am very sick in the hospital rehab and I want this court thing to happen and scrubble to answer me and file the paperwork in court so I can sue *********

    I paid squabble for a request letter over a month ago and emailed. They haven't sent the letter or answered my emails. They took my 60 dollars and nothing

    See the attachments on this complaint. In March I was promised a refund of $265 for undelivered services and the company wrongfully charging my credit card. They promised me in writing TWICE that a refund was being processed but I never got it. After further review I saw this business has very bad reviews as well. I want a refund of $265. I may have to *** the in in small claims court for the refund + all expenses if they don't come through ASAP.

    I paid this business $60 & $215 to write up court paperwork for a small claim. They advertise "100% guarantee" "triple check guarantee" "money back 100% guarantee" all over their website. When it came time to mediate my case, my claim came under scrutiny due to the incorrect date they used to sign off on the paperwork. Should've seen signed 11/03/2022, the day I actually requested the paperwork to be filed. They dated it 10/23/2022 which was the date of the incident. This made it seem like I had the paperwork written up that same day and did not provide the salon with a fair chance to a resolution. The paperwork they filed with the court was also different from the "triple checked" copy they had previously emailed me, either way the dates on both were all messed up! When I confronted Squabble about their crucial mistake they tried to play it off like it was no big deal. This company is "founded and run by lawyers", you would think they would understand better than anyone the importance of court documents being filled out correctly down to the very last detail. They refused a refund on the grounds that part of that money includes fees that are paid directly to the court. I had requested a full refund so I reasonably asked that only $60 and $95 be refunded as these are the flat fees paid to them. They refused again. It was a nightmare trying to get a hold of anyone despite the level of service I paid for being advertised to have "limited phone support". I could not find a phone number for them anywhere. They have deleted that since. Deceptive advertising everywhere. I found that they have the "BBB Accredited" logo on their website when they are NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I also found CA business license records showing that they had their original license suspended. Now operate under an out of state license from ******** since they lost their right to do business in **********. It is obvious that this is a dishonest company run by dishonest people.

    I contracted Squabble to file a case for me in court. It has been almost a year and I have no updates. I cannot speak to a live person despite numerous attempts to try and get an update and finally my money back. $390.
