              On Sept 22, 2021, I paid Ticket Snippers $179 to handle my ticket (Case *****). They promised that if you lose your case, you get a refund. After my case was lost, I submitted the required info and never heard anything. Later on I called and was told to email the accounting department. I did that as well, but haven't heard from them. I have their email acknowledging receipt of my information and request for refund. I would be happy to forward it to you. Thanks, ********************* **********************

              This complaint is about the refund policy they had last year. After I received judgement, I emailed Ticket Snipers July 31, 2023 with the attached TR 215, and received a speedy reply. They said something about drafting a letter to request traffic school, since the ticket was more than 25 mph over the posted speed limit. I never heard back from them, so I contacted them on August 2, and they replied that once the letter was composed, they would send it via email. On August 31, I hadn't received the email, so I sent one to them. They replied the next day to ask me if I had changed account numbers. So unfortunately, my ticket didn't get thrown out, I didn't get to lower the charge so I could get traffic school. And finally, I never got the refund they promoted all over their website. The only reason I chose Ticket Snipers was their guarantee. For those who had a positive experience, that's incredible, you can't imagine how much that saved you over time.
