      This company is a scam. Even after they promised a guarantee after losing, to refund half of my money I paid within the first several months after they never delivered (having called non-stop and them promising to refund my money), they even lied over a year later and said they refunded me the $50 dollars. I had Well's Fargo do an investigation and they never refunded my money, only charged me. They then string me along even to this day and claim they are "trying to help me." Very unethical company that should be taken out of business. The reason I signed with them was because of the company's guarantee of half being refunded if they lose the case. They fraudulently make up a fake ****** credit that was never issued. Since the beginning of my dealings with this company, after multiple phone calls they still never returned my money.

      I have no issue with the service what I have an issue with is them posting online and saying if I loose my case I get my money back and then me having to remind them about it and them Telling me I have to wait 14 days it passes I ask ****** it the guy says you should have got it then stops replying to me and doesnt even follow up . I want my money back like what was advertised you said win or your money back Its been almost 3 weeks and you guys are Ducking dont advertise something and then Make Me play your silly game to get my money back when ***** made the stipulations

      Yes, the issue was resolved as of yesterday 9/10. The company issued the refund via Paypal.
      responded to this question on 5/14/24 stating I should get a refund in ***** days. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATION NOR REFUND FROM TICKET SNIPERS THIS IS A ************* NO ONE IS HOLDING THIS ************* ACCOUNTABLE. THEY DO NOT WIN CASES THEY LITERALLY JUST TAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE KNOWING THEY WILL BE FOUND GUILTY.
