      Paid $179 and they lost my case, their reply: We tried our best Before I found out they lost my case , I signed up for their help on a relative ticket but right after, I asked them to cancel the case and issue a refund. I thought they did , but unknowns to me I was charge twice by them for this *********** just cancel one of the double charges. In the meantime they asked me to fill out the online form for the relative case , I emailed back that this case has been canceled and refunded, They didnt acknowledge my reply, did nothing on this case, charged me $179 and refused to refund the money . What an unethical and dishonest company ! Ticket Snipers caused me more money and headache than my getting a traffic ticket . Beware of how this Company operates before signing up with them! I wish I was warned!

      This complaint is about the refund policy they had last year. After I received judgement, I emailed Ticket Snipers July 31, 2023 with the attached TR 215, and received a speedy reply. They said something about drafting a letter to request traffic school, since the ticket was more than 25 mph over the posted speed limit. I never heard back from them, so I contacted them on August 2, and they replied that once the letter was composed, they would send it via email. On August 31, I hadn't received the email, so I sent one to them. They replied the next day to ask me if I had changed account numbers. So unfortunately, my ticket didn't get thrown out, I didn't get to lower the charge so I could get traffic school. And finally, I never got the refund they promoted all over their website. The only reason I chose Ticket Snipers was their guarantee. For those who had a positive experience, that's incredible, you can't imagine how much that saved you over time.

      I took a ****** and paid TS to contest my ticket. It was a ****** because the car pool lane violation would not have resulted in points on my record (a main reason for contesting a ticket), but it was a whopping $486! Had I lost the case I would have been out the $486 PLUS the $ I paid TS, but I fought it because receiving the $486 violation was wrong & out of principle, I just had to fight it. I asked that the first draft that TS delivered to be changed and after a short call from one of their legal team, they edited the draft to my liking, a factual and truthful account of what happened. I just received a letter from the court that states "case dismissed, bail to be refunded!" I am out the money I paid to TS, but totally worth it. I highly recommend their services!

      I originally gave a 3 star review because I mistakenly thought TS had not sent my refund. They had sent it and I didnt see it. That was my error. I would absolutely use this service again.
