To begin with, the application does not work in stealth mode. At least not the version I downloaded and paid for. Secondly, I could not configure it on the phone and I have 20 years of IT experience. Thirdly I never used it. I requested a full refund and they did not give it to me stating that they needed to troubleshoot the issue. Not only is it time-consuming but straightforward for someone used to configurations of things that are much harder than an app on a phone. They also emailed my email at work which I never provided to them! They do respond to you but in circles instead of doing the right thing and refunding a customer who wasn't able to use the app.Business Response

We can confirm that there has been a dispute regarding the charges associated with the account in question, resulting in a chargeback. According to our records, it appears that the account is currently in dispute with their financial institution. In this case, we recommend that they reach out to their financial institution directly to address any concerns they may have regarding a refund.
We are also able to verify that the membership has been cancelled and disabled, and there will be no additional charges applied. Additionally, as a result of the dispute, this account will be inaccessible going forward.

The second account, which was associated with the email address *********************** has not been cancelled. This account is the reason behind the recurring charges that ****************** has been receiving recently.

Instant checkmate has been contacted to resolve a charge that was made. They stated I'm no longer in their system and my pending charge should not go thru. After checking and verifying with my account, they jnfact charged my account. I used their services and canceled within the allotted time phrame to avoid charges. My bank continues to say the merchant has to remove my info from their site to charge buy instant checkmate states they can't find me in their system. How do I resolve this if it continues to charge me with no record in their system.
