I am writing to urgently and strongly request that my personal information be immediately removed from your database and to express my deep concern and disappointment about the collection and distribution of my personal data without my explicit and informed consent. Despite my multiple requests for removal via the "Manage Suppression Rules" process on your website and via email, I am appalled that my personal information is still appearing on instantcheckmate.com. As a victim of theft of my personal information, I am extremely troubled by the potential risks to my privacy and security that the unauthorized collection and dissemination of my personal data poses. This information could be used maliciously, potentially leading to identity theft, stalking, or harassment.As an individual, I firmly believe in my right to control my personal information and make informed decisions about how it is used and shared. While I have reviewed your privacy policy and understand that there is an opt-out process for individuals who do not wish to have their personal information included in your database, I am demanding that all of my personal information be removed from your database immediately. As a responsible and ethical company, I implore you to take swift action and comply with my request. Not only is this the morally correct thing to do, but it is also in line with your legal obligations under data protection laws.If you fail to comply with my request, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue and file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory agency. Without my consent, all my personal and private information (including past and current: names, phone numbers, home addresses, email addresses, date of birth) are displayed on instantcheckmate.com's website. I emailed them multiple times from 3/6/2023 to 3/8/2023 to request the opt out of my profile and to remove completely all my private/personal information from their database and website. I even talked to their customer representative but nothing has been done. The supervisor on the phone claimed that this is a ****** problem and not theirs, which is hard to believe. I did request my information to be removed from some other similar businesses/websites and everything was removed instantly. Therefore, I don't understand what the supervisor was talking about. Since all my personal and private information is still displayed on their website, I am contacting BBB to report about this company's illegal practice of posting people's private/personal information without prior consents and their refusal to let people to opt out from their website as well as their refusal to remove all private/personal sensitive information as per people's requests. I sincerely hope BBB can reach out to this company again and resolve this matter on my behalf. Thank you very much.

On 2-16-2023 I was notified my personal information from a newly authorized credit card was found on the dark web. This card was only issued in November 2022 after another card was compromised on the dark web. Passwords were changed but somehow the information made it back on the dark web. Now I have been fraudently charged for over ***** dollars in false purchases. The source of this leak is this site, I had used the site in September 2022 for a one time search.

A free one time use never to be charged and they continuously charge my bank account a monthly fee of ***** or something close to that, I don't even know how long they've been charging me, I've tried to contact them trying to cancel this thing they want a password I don't have a password they say check my emails there's nothing in my emails from them they won't stop every time I decline their charge my bank cancels my card and has to send me a new one it needs to stop they won't let me cancel whatever it is that they're charging me for. They are liars and thieves

They reassured me that they didnt do the mixup and it is not their fault that I need to get back with instant checkmate . If need be I will get me an attorney . I shouldnt have to beg you to fix your mistakes .

I have made several attempts to remove personal information via the link on their website. I called customer service and explained their "suppress data" link does not work. I requested via phone to have my personal information removed from this website on 1/23/23 and was told by a representative that it would be removed in 72 hours at the latest, after attempting to use their suppression tool which does not work. Although I can see my record, the tool says there is no match. When I checked a week later my information was not removed so I called again on 2/2/23 and was told that I should email a screenshot of the record I wanted to be removed, which I did.I received a response from *********** on 2/3/23 although I emailed Instant Checkmate/People Connect saying that my information has been removed but it has not been. I replied to that email on 2/3/23 and received an email response on 2/10/23 from Intelius also saying my information has been removed and if I can still see it to email them again. I can still see my personal information on Instant Checkmates site and sending emails and calling customer service is fruitless. I am asking for the immediate removal of my personal information from Instant Checkmate and all of their aliases.
