- AZTEC Testing accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. Invoices may be paid on-site or electronically via secure link. Payment is typically due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Due to the nature of environmental testing services, all sales are final once sampling has been performed or a report has been delivered. If an appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, any prepaid fees will be refunded in full. In the event of scheduling conflicts, AZTEC Testing will make every effort to reschedule at no additional cost. Clients with concerns about the accuracy of results or reporting are encouraged to contact the business directly for resolution.
