CGM is only accurate 50% of the time, not to mention the sensors only stay on less that half of the 10 day span! Was very excited to get a CGM at first now it's more of a ****** than it's worth.

New to dexcom g7. This is actually my first sensor. I have had the sensor disconnect probably a dozen times with no readings. Called dexcom today 3 different times. The first time got disconnected. Called back and they wanted to verify my shipping address and email then got disconnected again. Then I call back for the third time and they want me to repeat what I told the last two people. I said forget it I will go back to the frestyle libre where I didn't have issues. Terrible customer support. By the way they didn't call back either like dexcom said in previous posts

************** My insurance coverage recentlychanged me from the FreestyleLibre 3 sensors to the Dexcom G7 sensors. I am 7 days into my second Dexcom G7sensor and so far I am very disappointed with theDexcom. First, I constantly lose a signal even with my iPhone app being in my shirt pocket literally inches from the sensor on my arm as well as my apple watch being on my wrist and the Dexcom sensor reader in my pocket. However, the main disappointmentis with the Dexcom G7 sensor constantlyreading very low blood sugar levels (in the 40s and 50s) and alarms going off all day and night. and when I use my Glucometer my sugar is in normal ranges. Example, this morning at 7:00 am your Dexcom G7 indicated a blood sugar level of 45. When I checked in on myGlucometer my sugar level was 104. Last night at 6:15 pm the Dexcom read 68 and on the Glucometer my sugar level was 147. Yesterday at 12:55 pm the Dexcom read 58 and on my Glucometer my sugar level was 126.If the Dexcom G7 is so unreliablethen it is useless in the management of my diabetes. Your company is failing in fulfilling theDexcoms mission of"Empowering people to take control of diabetes."I expect to receive free of charge two 10 day sensors to replace the 2 sensors I have used when proved unreliable. If your product continuesto be unreliableI will be asking my doctor to go back to the FreestyleLibre 3 sensors which I rarely lost a connectionmuch less have so many false readings.

I have had to have sensors replaced so often on % my G6. About 50% of the time they fail and I have to order replacements which has left me with no CGM for a few days. They have inaccurate readings and then don't adjust when I calibrate them with my finger stick readings. So frustrating that this has happened so often. They need to work on the reliability of their product!

I have been a user of the ******************** 6 for many years. Not new to how to install sensors and used glucose monitors. The DexCom 7 is in my opinion a degrade from the 6. It is smaller and easier to install but constant issues with sensors. High failure rate and very inaccurate readings on many new sensor installations. The ones that do work seem accurate and reliable but way to many of the fail. My biggest concern is that its not just me having the issues. Both friend as in many online forums people are having issues, yet when you call DexCom they are very reluctant to admit there are any issues. If you do use them just be very diligent in there operations. Do not hesitate to contact the company and register you issues.

I have to call almost every time I need a new shipment. I am constantly told that it will be sent over-night and it never is. I have spent an hour on the phone requesting a supervisor and have been denied one. I was offered a resolution Specalist who was not a supervisor and have not resolved my is***. I was told on Thursday Id have my new shipment overnight. Im now being told I wont get it until tomorrow. I have already been without my sensor for a week now. This is the WORST customer service I have ever received. Offering me just the tracking number is not resolving my is***. I am looking for a new CGM to get away from this horrible company. If I could *** for emotional damages and time wasted, I would. Do NOT get a Dexcom.

I have used 3 in 3 days now. The first 2 failed within 24hrs. The 3rd failed immediately. I have tried these as I am looking to start on a CGM again but I am going to have to try a different brand because these, while being the most expensive to my knowledge, seem to be very unreliable. The app features are nice though for the short duration that it actually works.

Horribly inaccurate unreliable product. How was this ever approved? Lose signal with phone in my hand. Up to ****** points off. Thats extreme! My A1C actually went up since using G6and G7. Im going back to finger sticks because thats all I do while wearing the sensors anyway. Complete Garbage. We should all retroactively get REFUNDS!

Dexcom 7 is a piece of junk. False alarms and no connection after tried with 10 receivers using side and back of both arms. Phone is less than 10 feet from patch. Alarms being off by 50 points even after recalibrating many times.
