Extremely Disappointed with G7 Serious Issues Who approved the G7? This product is not compatible with ******* unless placed directly next to it, and doing so caused an infection in my case. Thats not just inconvenient. its dangerous. The product feels like a scam. It doesnt deliver on its promises, and I strongly believe the *** should investigate it. Ive switched back to the G6, which works far better for ***** make matters worse, the company refused to exchange the G7 for a G6 and told me to contact the distributor. The distributor then pushed me back to Dexcom. No one is taking responsibility, and Im left stuck with a product that doesnt work. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I expected better.

Im warning others about Stelo continuous glucose monitor by Dexcom after experiencing both defective products and the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. The sensors are horrible - completely inaccurate readings and constant adhesive problems. I had to request three replacements because they kept falling off and wouldnt stick properly. Despite multiple replacements, the product remained *********** subscription ended August 31st (a weekend), but Stelo doesnt allow weekend cancellations. I was automatically charged $252 for three more months of sensors that dont work. When I contacted customer service explaining both the defective sensors and weekend cancellation issue, the agent ignored everything and just copy-pasted scripts. No matter what I said about multiple product failures, I got generic policy responses instead of actual help. They refused any refund despite sending me multiple defective sensors, citing no refunds, period. Im now stuck paying $252 for three months of a service that doesnt function. This is completely different from my previous provider, Lingo, where customer service actually listened and solved problems instead of reading scripts.Between sensors that wont stay attached, inaccurate readings, weekend cancellation blackouts, and customer service that ignores product defects, Stelo clearly doesnt care about delivering working products or supporting ************** your money - choose a provider that makes products that actually work and provides real customer support when issues arise. ********************** does neither.

I have in the last 3 times getting my sensors filled, at least 1 to 2 were bad, Dexcom will only replace 3 so I am thinking of trying another brand, I see that alot of people are having the same problem as me, This *****. At first it was amazing but not now as I have to worry if my sensor will just stop working all the time. It sounds like they sent out batches that were bad.

I have spent over $750 with this company. The products I received from them had a 50% fail rate. Some of these they replaced but several others they denied claims to replace them. With a $100/month price tag you would hope they would do better than this. **************** is limited and a common response is that they do not divulge information on why they are not replacing a sensor. It's "against their policy" I will not buy their products again and am sorely disappointed in the company because when the product works it is a great tool for managing diabetes.

$60 for 2 sensors that only last 8 days for each one. And I have Bluecross Blueshield, and it's actually MORE expensive with the insurance. **************** is awful. HORRIBLE PRODUCT!

I had 3 of the last 9 I ordered fail. 2 of them back to back, and one didnt even inject properly as the wire that was supposed to be internal was sticking out of the top of the sensor. I asked to speak to someone higher up about the issue and had to call back 5 times because when they transfer you to a supervisor they send you to their voicemail who which isnt even in service so the system just says thanks for calling, goodbye. I never even got to a supervisor. I had one rep hang up on me the moment I told her Im calling for the 4th time because it never actually transfers to the supervisor. I am going to be calling my insurance and reporting Dexcom to them for faulty products and mismanagement. As well as requesting a charge back. I will be switching to a competitor from this point on. This isnt a rare case either, 2 or 3 of each of my shipments will fail. Ive had **** completely mishandle my cases, file them incorrectly and outrite lie about them. I believed in this company so much I bought shares back when I first got their product. However every year since then its gotten worse and worse and the stock prices it. Its down to half its value since 2021. There are plenty of people getting into the *** space and I highly recommend you consider them heavily over Dexcom.

There are no words to express what terrible products this company produces. I will never work with this company again. The G7 monitor consistently would not deploy for me even when another person attempted to push the button for me.

Why does Dexcom require serial numbers for replacements when they only put them on the boxes, and then expect you to have every single detail? The G7 has been so faulty lately, and the customer service is TERRIBLE! ********************** needs to get it together.

One after another the Dexcom G7 keeps failing over and over!!! Why is this thing being sold in the ***??? This thing should be kept in ***** where it belongs, Not in the ***!!! I call them over and over each time the sensor fails! I am not the only one with some kind of issue! It's all over the web!
