    The Dexcom 7 so far is terrible. My A1C using the Dexcom 6 was 5.9. Since switching to the Dexcom 7 it has risen to 7.2. My eating and exercise habits have not changed, it is a constant up down up down with the Dexcom 7. Ive seen my Dexcom 7 reading go from 135 to 310 within 1 minute. This newer version is absolutely terrible. Ill be switching to a different system at my next Endocrinologist visit.

    To be honest I thought the Dexcom device was a game changer until recently when i was alerted on a low (40) and took supplements to address the issue and happened to check my levels on two different devices the both reported back with levels of 196+ which is a significant delta. Even after seeing my numbers increase on both devices the Dexcom sensor continued to show decreases in my my number. Please be careful and make sure your lows are accurate. I had to deal with trying to get my numbers down for a while today due to them already being high and adding additional compensators when not needed.I opened up a ticket with Dexcom but don't have any details yet. This was a new senor which has been thrown away, but now I am not confident sensor results going forward until I understand why,

    g7 falls off even with the non-waterproof over shield. How hard is it provide a bigger surface area on the adhesive? Considering the cost the overshields should cover the entire device and be waterproof. Some of ** like to shower and swim. I was able to purchase some waterproof overshields on Amazon (***** for 30). New arm location is painful and easy to bump. **************** with this company remains horrible. You absolutely must calibrate with a finger ***** in order to get accurate readings. Simple things to correct on a device that keeps ** relatively safe. Alarms on iPhone are much improved.

    Have made G6 quality worse since the release of the G7 despite the G7 not yet working with other technologies. After I filed a replacement request, they told me I applied the product incorrectly despite their "easy to apply" claim and my being a user for over 4 years. I have had 2 sensors fall off within 24 hours of being applied over the last 3 weeks despite having changed nothing about my application in the past 4 years and never having this problem in the past. Signal stops working for hours at a time despite following every single one of their guidelines. Readings regularly over 60 mg/dL inaccurate despite calibrating and, again, following all of their guidelines. They have the money and profits to make a better product, yet refuse to even though they are literally playing with people's survival.

    Worst customer service EVER!!! They do not understand the product they represent. It is a constant " we will send a replacement sensor"... Bring the CSR's stateside again. Move out of ********** and get a competent staff for a fair wage.

    Horrible customer service. Sadly ********************** doesn't care about fixing issues. After consistent and repeated issues with signal loss (when I was holding it in my hand) and sensor failure, I went from the G6 to the G7 and for the first two months the G7 was fine. All of a sudden I've had two sensors fail alerts are not going off to let me know my blood sugar is dropping alerts are going off to let me know my blood sugar is high when my glucometer shows me within a normal range calibrations aren't holding and trying to contact Dexcom tech-support so far on two occasions the automated system has told me over an hour wait to speak with someone! An HOUR!!!!!! I left my name and number for a callback however that is yet to happen in almost a week's time. So basically you can't contact Dexcom for tech-support. Which basically means that you can't even get a replacement sensor to take the place of the failed one or two! Which means that you go through your prescription before it's due to renew at the one-month interval leaving you with no other way to check your blood glucose level except for your glucometer which seems to be a better thing as it least it's reliable. Dexcom is horrible customer service is horrible they know there's issues yet refused to fix them and now refused to speak to you about technical issues. If I could give them a rating of Below Zero I would. I have contacted my doctors office to let them know what's going on and they are even having problems getting through to Dexcom. And their THE DOCTOR'S ************ Save yourself the trouble find another company that cares about their customers because Dexcom doesn't. Absolutely awful.

    This company is not a good place to work at if you are feminine presenting or q**** Sexual Harassment runs rampant, and any reports filed leads to the employee being terminated. One of the supervisors is one of the biggest offenders, and he also protects lower level employees who have talked about their borderline pedophilic fetishes. Being married in a straight passing relationship does shield you from the worst of harassment. Feminine presenting people with childlike features or personality will be targeted the most.Honestly, I'm scared to even post this. My first name could be recognized by my co-workers and I could potentially be targeted for this review.

    Poor customer service got disconnected and received a callback 4 days later what a joke if I could leave a 0 star for customer service I would still two faulty sensors that im stuck with

    Dexcom g7 is pure junk. First sensor lasted 5 days and was constantly alerting lost signal and finally the sensor failed. Second sensor is still constantly alerting signal loss. I called Dexcom technical support and they have no answers and referred me to the supplier to get a refund and switch back to the Dexcom g6. Very poor customer service and very poor product. I highly do not recommend this product.

    Do not use this product, after 3 months of use , started breaking out with severe rash where sensor was applied, 3 sensors later and a trip to my doctor still was breaking out , WORST customer service ever, dont bother calling, outsourced to a different country, NO help at all
