    El modelo nuevo G7 tiene menos seal que el G6. Se supone que a 20 pies tenga seal pero ya a los 8 pies pierde la seal. Eso nunca sucedi con el G6. Y la calidad de los parches es muy floja. Se sale con mayor **********

    Dexcom g7 is smaller and easier to set up, but the range is poor. Im used to being able to go around my home without carrying my phone but now I cant go around a wall without loosing contact. If they improve the area range I will go back to 7 but until then Im going back to 6.

    The G7 is horrible. The warm up time is short but the adhesive and the overpatch are horrible. I have gone through 3 sensora in 5 days. I followed all the steps for insertion and they still do not stay on. I even bought extra waterproof cover patches and NOTHING works. If you are thinking of changing from an old CGM to a new one...DON'T

    My experience with the G7 has been worse than terrible. One out of eight G7 sensors stayed on for ten days; EVERY OTHER G7 OVERPATCH FAILED, AND THE SENSOR FELL OFF AFTER LESS THAN 36 HOURS. To reiterate: All of the over patches failed except one! Absolutely unacceptable. After the first two failed, I reviewed the instruction video to see if I missed an application step. I did not! I followed the process to attach the G7 perfectly. The problem is that the over patches adhesive is inadequate. The adhesive is so poor that all but one disintegrated after my morning shower. And when I asked to have more over patches sent, the representatives stated that they did not have them available to distribute!My arms are sore, and I REFUSE to attach any more monitors to have them fail in 24 hours. I am done with this product. The company needs to figure it out, it doesn't seem to be a difficult problem to solve. I rarely had any issues with the G6 and will return to that product. I used the G6 successfully for three years with few issues and wish to return to that product. I requested that the company exchange the unopened G7s I have for G6s, but they said they could not because my doctor ordered the G7. I understand; however, the company should refund my distributor for this highly defective product so I can order the Dexcom 6. Or if they are unwilling to do that, they should give me credit to use at my distributor to purchase the G6. My insurance company is out $1,200 plus for an unusable product. Having insurance pay for an unusable product amounts to insurance fraud.

    I have been a Dexcom G7 user since May 2023. I have used 10 sensor/transmitters to date. Each of the G7 sensors/transmitters has had the exact same issue. Upon pairing and warmup period of each sensor it takes 24 to 48 hours for the numbers displayed calibrate correctly. Readings have been as much as +/- 150 mg/dL differential from finger sticks. I have had to do 5 to 10 finger sticks each time recalibrating the G7 - which unfortunately does not calibrate as well as the G6. Dexcom's G7 marketing and advertising material states "NO MORE FINGER STICKS" - which is 100% false advertising. These sensors take away almost 1/5 of the useful life off a very expensive 10 day CGM device. ********************** had better fix this issue IMMEDIATELY else they will most likely lose this long time customer forever!!!!!!!!!

    The new dexcom g7 absolutely horrible at staying on having used dexcom since g5 you would think over the year I would have learned to keep them on yet the act like it our fault and will stop replacing them after a very low number the blue tooth is absolutely horrible also get away from the house and walking loose blue tooth and usuall after a day or two of this they will quit working and they only allow a few replacement and you are on your own insurance company only allow you so many a month and then dexcom will only replace a few you are on your own so at $300 dollar a piece how can you afford to use them they wont even call me any more or reply too me the only good thing I can say good about it is the fast warm up time the *** need to make them recall them or replace all the bad ones not after everyone has thrown the bad one away someone please help

    Terrible company. I purchased DexCom meter. Didn't last 90 days. When brought this to Dexcom's attention, they agreed to send transmitter, then changed mind and sent sensor instead, and erased our recorded conversation. What a scam of a company.

    I am writing this to take a little frustration release.I have been using the Dexcom6 four about 5 yrs. For the most part the experience has been good. The trouble started about a year ago. It started with the sensor failing before the 10 days were up. This can be a disaster if you're traveling. I just changed sensors this morning two days early due to "sensor failure." Also, 3-5 times a day I get a "No readings alert," Even though the receiver was in my pocket.They have been good about replacing sensors, but I don't I don't need the aggravation. Lately, about day 7 or 8, I will get a "sensor failure, replace sensor," message. On top of that, I sometimes get readings that I don' ******** real problem comes when I call Customer Service.My last few calls were difficult because the agent and I had great difficulty with communicating. They all seemed to be nice people, but they didn't have a good command of the American language. I could not get them to understand what my issues were. Many of their answers sounded like they were reading from a script.Please, isa ***** anyone at Dexcom that can help?

    Great idea. Horrible execution!!! I just switched from Libre 2 which was also horribly executed. Either it doesn't pair or it's intermittent pairing, adhesive and over patch doesn't adhere and sensor falls off. My 1st order has had 3 sensors replaced and 3 more that I have to call in for. They are great with **************** and sending replacement sensors. However, this is extremely aggravating and frustrating!!!Dexcom needs to make significant improvements. It seems like they rushed it out to the Public to keep up with Libre 3.

    Dexcom * 7 is horrific First one I tried the new *7 I had wildly incorrect reading. **************** told me that happens in the first 24 hours and you need to test 3 times than calibrate. It fell off 5 days later. They did replace it. Next one fell off after 4 days. 3rd one fell off at end of day and I was traveling and although I had packed 2 extras, had none left. Last night my blood sugar plummeted while I was sleeping and I had no clue. My husband woke me as I was soaking wet and my blood was 38!!!!! The * 7 is a dangerous crappy product I applied exactly where they instructed and used the over patche SO disappointed. Cant wait to go back to *6
