The worst CGM ever made. Dangerous for KDA prone diabetics. The **** in the ** is a lie. ABBOT FREESTYLE LIBRE ALL VERSIONS are accurate and the Libre 3 **** is lower than Dexcom, but they FALSLY advertise a lower ****. ****** knows the truth and has published CORRECT info in their journals of medicine for diabetes study. This product should NEVER and I mean all versions should never have been approved by the **** DEATH by CGM should never be allowed, nor tolerated for PROFIT. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY. There are no problems with ******. PERIOD. I SHOULD Never be forced to use a CGM that my *************************** is in 'bed' with.

The Dexcom G6 has saved my life on 3 different occasions.Sometimes when I sleep my blood sugar drops below 40. The meter wakes me up so I can address the issue.

If I could give Dexcom a minus star I would. The Transmitter continuously stops working before the expiration date and then when I go to get a replacement they say that they are going to "Overnight" it. It takes 3-7 days to receive anything from them. That is Not "Overnight" This is a life dependency devise. Then when I call to ask where it is 4 days later, they blame it on Fed-X and say its was not there fault. The person on the phone comes up with bogus excuses as to why they did not process the order in a timely manner. I was told this time that it was a National holiday and that was the reason for the delay (Ramadan Day, Not a National Holiday)...What was the reasons the times before that? This was not the first time their product or customer service has failed. This was the 4th time and each time there was a problem. The main problem is that they feed the customer bogus excuses and don't fulfill their promises. They argue with the customer and don't take responsibility. I ask to speak to the ********************** and was never given the information, the customer service person just kept changing the subject and putting me on hold. Then after being on hold and waiting for the information the person hung up on me. I am finding another CGM company. Dexcom used to be a good company, but they have been horrible for years now.

Dexcom G6 is very inaccurate since they broke the software. Not only have I had horrible experiences for weeks, but now they are supporting the product with non English speaking technical support employees from ***************. I speak three languages but not that. They dont understand nor cant speak proper English. For years every person you called for technical support was a diabetic who speaks English properly. Horrible how money works They used to pretend to care. Now that isnt even true anymore. Thank goodness I dont have a toddler using this Dexcom G6, Im so sorry for those who have had this experience recently. They dont seem to care.

Switched from Freestyle Libre 2 to the Dexcom7. What a mistake these sensors are Garbage. First sensor worked as it should, after 10 days replaced it with new sensor 3 days later alarm went off and sensor failure remove immediately message appeared. Applied 3rd sensor paired it to my phone within a hour alarm went off sensor failure remove immediately message appeared. 2 of 3 sensors failed = 1 star Garbage

******* inaccurate system of measuring blood glucose levels. I would never trust these sensors after trying both the G6 and newer G7 sensors. As a type 2 diabetic I am all in favor of improving blood glucose monitoring. But so far, I am not impressed with these new technologies. Even less impressed with G7 then the G6 sensor as it keeps losing signal with my iPhone even when phone is right next to my body. They claim keep within 20 feet of sensor which has to be a joke because it can't stay connected within a foot. Does anyone actually test these products before going to market? I have had times where the Decom reading is a 100 points difference from my ***** Glucose test strip monitor. This is not improving life for a diabetic when you get low blood sugar alarms waking you in the middle of the night only to find out your fine. These new technologies are not ready for public use and need much more testing to be accurate for all people all the time. If you can't trust them and have to keep using your glucose test strips anyway what good does these devices do? Except leave you with a co-pay for a device that is useless to depend on. Insurance should stop paying for these devices that simply are not dependable and may actually cause more problems for diabetics. My first attempt at attaching a G7 sensor left me with blood oozing through sensor and dripping on floor. **************** was less then sympathetic and only offered to replace sensor. Not what I expect from a health provider. I cannot recommend anyone try these sensors either the G6 or G7 and certainly not if you have a high co-pay or pay out of pocket. Don't bother trying bad poorly executed technology. Wait for someone to actually make a good reliable product.

On 2/23/23 I removed my sensor as it kept failing. The wire disconnected from the sensor and was left in much. The first rep I spoke to advised I needed go to the hospital immediately and have it removed.Once at the hospital I called back to see who would pay for the bill. The rep I spoke to after already being at the ** advised that I need to not do anything and refused to send me the documentation of this I keep being told a supervisor will call me and now it is the 20th of March and still no call. Only the ** bill of over $1000. I also have a 2nd sensor issue and I've been waiting on a replacement for 4 days

When are they going to add an audible function?... with over 10 % of diabetes patients going blind and over the age of 65, you would think this would be a priority!!! And NOT hru a smart phone because not all blind people have one of those

When my ENDO asked me if I wanted to try OmniPod pumps with a Dexcom CGM, she had me at OmniPod. I've been on a Medtronic ************** CGM for about 5 years, and the canula from the pump to my abdomen was cumbersome. I won't go into my Medtronic setup, except to say that I've relied upon it a great deal, because the Dexcom just stops working. About 40% of the time, since I switched from Medtronic to Dexcom, my controller will display "Transmitter Not Found". This will often start in the middle of the night, and last for days, and weeks. When I've reached the end of my rope [of patience], and I call CS, they're as helpful as they can be, and I've learned to ask to speak to a supervisor, from the get-go. Hearing "maybe you should get a new phone" is infuriating. To Dexcom, there are only two phones on the planet; **************** My phone was compatible, until one restart made my phone useless. Dexcom's excuse is "there are so many new Android models each month, that we can't possibly keep up". Then why can a $10 selfie stick from Amazon be comfortable with 99% of Android phones ?My advice is this: If you're on a pump, like a Dexcom pump, stick with it. Since I've switched to an OmniPod / Dexcom insulin delivery setup, I've used my old Medtronic 670G, as much as I've used the OmniPod /Dexcom paperweight, and now my Dexcom G6 is displaying "Transmitter Not Found".Mr ***
