Has worked good but I am having a problem with the one I have on. There is no tech support. First number is just advertising for different things. The second number said 2 minute wait after a few advertisements. No answer.

Terrible product. Had 3 out of 6 sensors to fall off. Receiver is very inaccurate and not compatible with my phone. Finally just gave up on using it.

In the 32 weeks I've been using this system.. 6 units have failed out of 20.... 4 have fallen off.. ever with the over patches... the other 2 won't deploy from the sensor applicator.. even pushing the button with all my might won't work. I called customer service and of course they will replace but Don't want the defective ones back to see why they won't work.. Doesn't make sense to me.. I would want to see for myself, why they failed.. it my opinion, that doesn't give me confidence in their products.

I started using Dexcom 7 June 2023. So far out of 9 sensors that I had used 6 barely made it to a week. I tried few tricks to make it last 12 days, I think these sensors are defective. Very Unhappy

Not reliable and dangerous to make treatment decisions. Dexcom execs sacrificed quality for smaller size. Adhesive does work for advertised west time and the deployment button does not work as intended. It gets stuck and wont launch despite multiple attempts. They rushed to marked and disregarded the feedback from the test group and now I have had nothing but glucose errors since starting the G7.

The dexcom g7 is the worst sensor available it gives the most inaccurate readings it told me I was low while working nothing pressing against is my blood sugar 110. ************* I had this happen it was alerting me saying your 47 and I was 98 when I checked my glucose. The g7 should be taken off the market by the ****

I started using the G7 about 5 months ago. I am disappointed. I think there are several design defects. First, it seems to me that the sensor needle is longer, but flimsier. Second, the spring-loaded applicator is unpredictable. I have had a sensor bounce off my arm and fall into the sink. I have had failed sensors due to a bent needle. Also, I take Coumadin. I have had bleeding under the sensor which has caused a failure. Also, inaccurate readings. When I reported these problems they seemed more interested in trying to shift the blame to meclaiming Tylenol was the problem or that I didnt wait a couple of days for the sensor to become accurate (not okay with a sensor that is designed to only last 10 days.)

Dexcom G7 is a bitter disappointment! My wife is T1D and has successfully used the G5 and G6 to consistently have Hba1c below 7.0. We transitioned to the G7 in June with disastrous results! The first sensor failed after insertion. The subsequent ones only lasted 4 or 5 days before getting sensor fail errors - often after 24 hours of whacko readings and unsuccessful calibrations. Signal loss errors occurred multiple times in a day. My wife had to resort to multiple finger sticks to control her blood sugar while wearing the G7. Dexcoms only response was to replace the faulty sensor with another faulty sensor. After 2 months of hair pulling frustration, we purchased a Freestyle Libre 3 out-of-pocket. The Libre 3 lasted 14 days days with accurate readings, no signal loss errors and no issues with compression lows. The Libre 3 app is not as polished as the Dexcom G7 app, but the sensor is far superior.

IMHO Dexcom 7 stinks (I could use stronger language). I am constantly using a finger stick to synchronize my actual blood sugar with the incorrect readings coming from Dexcom 7. My Dexcom app keeps telling me that its in an experimental phase and I shouldnt rely on it. And when I tried to submit a ticket/ bug report Dexcoms support page kept telling me that I was not a valid user. My insurance company FORCED me to switch from Libre 3 to Dexcom. On the phone tomorrow (Monday) to lodge a complaint and switch back to Freestyle Libre 3. Whats the point of a CGM if it cant give you accurate numbers?

I've had a number of defective/failed sensors since I started using Dexcom G7 sensors. This was not a problem before with the G6. It's frustrating to go through the time and effort of contacting Dexcom each time, but they have sent a replacement every time this happened.
