    I am normally really happy with the performance of my G6 CGM. However, I had a strange occurrence where my CGM signal stopped connecting, and my Bluetooth and phone restarts accomplished nothing. After 12 hours of reading tutorials and watching videos of the recommended fixes to no avail, I called Dexcom tech-support. Waited on hold 25+ minutes. When a technician finally got on the line he immediately decided that my transmitter had failed and that they would send me a new one. He said my replacement would ship ground and I begged please ship sooner since I do not have another transmitter covered by insurance right now. He agreed he would expedite, but upon receiving the email confirmation its shipped ground so will take at least a week to receive. In the only three days since this is happened, my blood sugar has been crazy erratic, ranging from 40 to 340 and I feel like garbage. Hire people that care about **************. These employees that dont care about anyone are going to result in people dying.

    The G7 device itself isnt bad but my new one was broken upon putting in on. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Called them which led to tech support. After being on hold for 30 min and on the one with them for another 15min, they tell us we need customer service and I get another 30 minutes in hold for someone to answer and tell me that customer service is closed on the weekend. Meanwhile, I cant get another sensor for at least 3-5 business days because its faulty and you cant just go get another from the pharmacy, you have to go through this junk customer service process. Oh and god forbid the insurance company be willing to pay for an extra one until youre supposed to be ran out. Despite it not being my fault the **** thing was broken.

    Very inaccurate device. Some connection failures and sometimes does comes off. Totally misleading readings.

    Not as good as dexcom 6 ,A lot of disconnect notices does it read as accurate thinking about going back to Dexcom six really disappointed in Dexcom seven

    Dexcomwhich I have used continually, both G6 and G7for about 20 months is extremely accurate. Using Dexcom, I lowered my A1c from 7.5 to 6.3 in just 4 months. In the following 3 months, it dropped further to 6.1 where it has remained for over a year. I recently switched from G6 to G7, and it appears my A1c may have dropped further. (Testing has not been done, but my average BG has dropped from 6.7 to 6.4.)Dexcom is a company that has genuine integrity, and I have nothing negative to say about it.

    Still have the G6 and doesnt work any better Im sure always failing most times inaccurate, and pretty much they tell you to use your glucometer. Why? You have to spend twice the $. Was hoping the G7 would solve some of these problems but doesnt seem like it. Sure it probably wont work with the tandem pump well not that the G6 does.

    You have to jump through a lot of hoops to get a faulty sensor replaced. Theres endless questions to answer whether you attempt this online or via phone call. Im going back to the old standbytest strips.

    Dexcom is pushing its DexcomG7 as an upgrade to its G7. Sadly it's not at all the same and incompatible with ALL OTHER EXISTING TECHNOLOGY. They're still pushing it on consumers but it is NOT the same and is an inferior and underdeveloped device. Why they put something unready on the market I don't know but they and their suppliers are pushing all to upgrade and the device won't work with pumps or pods at all! No ethics at Dexcom just profit lines.

    Not only did I attempt to fix this situation for over an hour with ***** at the direct phone number but she was rude, incompetent and asked the same question eight, yes I said eight times!!My product was to be overnighter. It was shipped standard. It didn't even ship out until AFTER it was PROMISED!! Don't waste your time with Dexcom. After three years of ****, out sourcing calls, and being put off I'm done. I suggest everyone who's struggling to update to a new system. Rude, incompetent, faulty products and broken promises. Thanks Dexcom. Two thumbs down. I know the $$ you make from my insurance isn't much yearly but enough people complain to enough forums maybe ya'll will see our health, the folks who assist with paying your bills are thru with the hassle and outsourcing of calls!!

    The dexcom 7 is very inaccurate. Usually 20 to 40 or more off every time. Even after calibrating 10 times a day for a week it is still off. The sensor bruised and tore my skin when taking it off. When entering calibration or insulin, you have to enter through the ************* and ok it twice. That's 8 times with fingers that have neuropathy and it hurts each time! Now they don't want to let me switch back to the Dexcom6 which is much better.
