      On October 23rd 2022 I signed up for a trial offer of peoplefinders.com. after looking at the site for several hours I took the steps to cancel the account. I received a cancellation confirmation email on October 23rd 2022 saying that no further payments would be billed. I tried to email customer service at ********************** but the email was rejected due to the mailbox being full. I tried the customer service phone number but the recorded message said that the wait time would be long and direct me to contact customer service via email. I will attach invoices from November 22nd and December 22nd showing that they billed me $24.95 twice since confirming the cancellation of my account. Included in the email I will attach in PDF form you can see the response which I tried to send them but was rejected by the email server. I would like them to refund the two months of payments immediately. Their website has a very deceitful and obtrusive method for canceling one's account where they continually send you request to reconsider canceling, and the wording of it can be confusing if not read carefully.
