    Hello,On 06/06/2025 Tab32 support provided us a data export in order to change software and complete a merger/conversion to Open Dental. Wen we received the files the information was not populating so the new company open dental was not able to access the document. Due to this we had to reschedule the conversion to 07/14/25. Our IT was able to fix the issue with the drive Tab32 sent over. We were told that since we had to reschedule none of the information in our current platform Tab32 from 06/06/25( the date of the data extract) to 07/14/2025 would transfer to our new software open dental. We contacted Tab32 via chat since their phone lines only give a option to leave a call back number and they did not return the call. After speaking to ****** ****** from Tab32 he advised us it would be a $1000 charge since "they feel nothing better could have been done on their end" advised this was a complication with their file but he further gave pushback. I requested a supervisor and he stated he is the supervisor. ****** requested our office number to call. While on the phone ****** was rude and unprofessional. I requested to speak to a different supervisor and he stated because it is a holiday weekend I am all his going to get and he is Chief Executive. ****** was not willing to work with us at all and was very rude and snarky on the call. We were very upset that Tab32 was not willing to work with us and seemed to not want to help because we were switching platforms. This has cost us a lot of time and money and will cause further issues, time, and money if not resolved. Without them working with us we will have to manually import all data from out dental practice from Tab32 to Open Dental from the dates of 06/06/2025 to 07/14/2025. This is not okay and needs to be addressed. We would like the to provide us with our data from at least 06/07/2025 to 07/02/2025. Thank you,After *****************
