    We are a large office in **, a top producing private practice in the country, we thought that it was time to transition to a cloud base solution as we also transition into a multi-practice group. The reason why we decided to give TAB32 a shot is because they claim to be the #1 cloud base solution out there and truthfully on paper it does in fact look like they could be a good solution in comparison to the very limited options currently available. Based on my experience the software itself seems to be mid-development and is not at all what its cracked out to be. We signed up with TAB32 mid-2021, the training is, to say the least, all over the place, the training staff are were general unprepared, talked over each other, and jumped from subject to subject making it extremely difficult to understand the software. We have been teaching ourselves but feel incompetent and unprepared using this system, I voiced my concern to the training staff but no efforts have been made to correct this. Originally we planned on a live date of November 1st, we started the migration and I thought all was going well but it wasn't until I started the training that I found out many things that this software lacks in comparison to others. My training was delayed and canceled last minute more than once. We find out later on that our office was "LIVE" for months which are confusing because my training was not even complete. This means that we now have to manually enter months of data that did not migrate after our live date. When I voiced our concerns about this we were told that because a final migration was done (without our knowledge) we must now pay an extra fee to migrate again. When I expressed my displeasure and asked to not be charged again because we were oblivious to the fact that our office was live, we never heard back, we followed up multiple times but there is no one to talk to. We called our customer success manager and his number is disconnected. They sell you on the idea of everything being bundled together which makes it a great solution for a busy practice but in reality, their system, HELLO PATIENT connects to your computer and you can't even make call groups or add hold music. Their secure HIPPA compliant messaging doesn't even work. You have no ability to close out your month. There is no initial help whatsoever on how to create your practice such as adding/changing operatories, doctors, etc. All in all this experience has been frustrating and to be honest I dont know if they have the staff to go along with their software, the software might be good but in order to utilize it and get good results, you need good training.
