    I was gifted a giraffe wall mounted pressure washer as a house warming gift. It wasnt 6 months later the hose broke and the unit needed to be replaced which the company did and sent me a new unit. Now 8 months later the new unit they sent me the motor stopped working and they are refusing to replace it while the unit is still under warranty. The customer service has been awful and taking a week to respond to my first message then would would take days on end to respond to only tell me they dont want to help and they refuse to stand behind there products

    I bought a power washer from their Indiegogo.com account. The item is defective and on the website it says for the issue I am having to contact support. Item is still in warranty. Support has not responded for months. I've tried to contact them every way available publicly. I would like a refund or replacement.
