    **************** is not good. I purchased a retractable hose unit. It leaked from the inside. **************** gave me a real hard time but finally replaced it. The replacement was also defective with water leaking from the inside. To make things more interesting the 2nd unit was totally used. No stickers, mounting plate holes were all scratched from mounting hardware, mounting post was tore up from s**** that secures unit. It's unthinkable that customer service would send out a used defective unit.

    My wife bought the pressure washer as a gift for Father's Day. It took 3-4 months to arrive. I used it once with no issue. The second time using the pressure washer there was no water pressure, and the pump constantly runs. The company does not answer phone calls. It has been over a week since I have submitted the after-purchase request form and nothing has happened. I would avoid purchasing any product from this company, it is a scam.

    I bought a pressure washer that had a issue that allowed water to back flow to my regulator and ruing it causing it to leak all over ground I got them to refund me for pressure washer and pay for regulator but not labor I purchased the pro(The better model)And after using a few times same issue and they wont help me or replace E mails back and forth for weeks with no help Half tempted to drive to there facility Do not buy anything from this company.

    Hose broke justafter 30 days return window. Emailed and left several messages. Will not respond. Cannot get a live person no matter what time i call. Need warranty help. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

    Ordered a 65-ft retractable hose. The hose is 53 feet and will not work for what I bought it for. I have tried to call customer service and no agents are ever available. I've also been emailing and getting what seems to be AI generated, generic responses. I have been emailing for over 2 weeks to request a return label and refund. Eventually they asked for me to pay for return shipping but I'm not willing to do so since the product was not as advertised. This started the conversation over again and now is getting to be a part-time job.... very frustrating. Do not purchase something from this company if you're unsure that it will fit your purpose and may need a return!

    Complete waste of money! For a hose that's nearly $200 it's made of super cheap materials and has absolutely horrible customer service. The hose constantly gets stuck in the retractor. It's now jammed for good and I have no way of getting it out. I reached out 3 months ago and while they initially act like they'll help you, they don't. They asked for the same order information several times. Now they've just stopped responding despite several follow-**** It's now been over a month. Save your money. Scam artists!

    Junk junk i purchased 2 hose reels assembled 1 of the 2 it was broken did not retract poorly built thin plastic structure that was cracked inside very cheaply built , do not recommend this product , not only that i took pictures of the broken reel , not good enough the company wants a video of it, its been a cpl ***** and still can not get a label to return or money refund , there scammers

    I bought a currently selling Giraffe tool Pressure Washer (G20B) from an auction and found that the pump head is cracked. I reached out to Giraffe customer support and they replied quickly and after a couple emails told me I could purchase the part. Once I agreed to the price they told me the part is not available. The G20B is still a selling product with no customer support outside the none transferable warranty. Very unfortunate and rather unprofessional to tell me I could fix this unit and now its scrap.

    I bought and paid for a "stainless steel" hose cart as advertised on their website. paid via ***************** They sent a painted medal cart of inferior quality compared to the one they advertised. Called the for two days and only got a recording that no one could answer the phone. Tried to contact them through their "contact us" cite multiple times, They want movies, downloaded materials, order numbers, model numbers, my phone number, address, shipping address, dates, etc.Thank God for **************** and their disputed charge department.A week later I received an email asking what I thought of their product. I replied with what happened. Now they want all of the above materials after several emails. I am not going to give them my phone number as I want everything in writing. In my opinion, Giraffe Tools is not a reputable company and I will never order from them again. I should have checked with the BBB first---my bad.*****************
