Bought model wga10012us, retractable hose reel, on May 15, 2025. I have attempted to contact the company due to the hose reel not working properly. I have left several messages with no return call or email. I ordered two items totaling over $800. I will send an email offer for a free gift with a nominal value of $40. I attempted totake them up on the offer and the transaction would not accept the offer code. I had other questions for the retailer regarding parts replacement if ever needed and to discuss the free gift that I was not able to redeem, they do not appear willing to call me and only wish to work through email that does not work for me. *** requested a call with no success. on July 17, 2024 I purchased a Grandfalls Pressure Washer PRO for ******. With a one year warranty On May 23rd, 2024 the unit stopped working. I contacted support and they asked for the ** and a video to show it was defective. Both were submitted. i ordered a hose and reel on 6/5/25 its the incorrect size and noone will respons to my emails or chats. I researched and purchased the Grandfalls G30 after specifically looking to make sure the hose was replaceable. After owning it for 2.5 years I need to replace the hose and learn it can not be replaced. I contacted customer support with no help. Their website still clearly says that the hose is replaceable. I have a screenshot to prove it. This pressure washer is literally worthless without a hose.Initial Complaint

Purchase a Giraffe Tool Retractable hose through ****** on April 1, 2025 (Order#***-356***5-6924247). Installed it and used it for a couple of times and then it broke. It stopped retracting. Contacted their customer service, provided a video of the issue. I was told they will replace it since its still under warranty. We still havent received the replacement. I placed order for retractable hose reel on April 18th. Once product received I mounted and hooked it up per instructions. I turned it on to test and it immediately started leaking around a defective fitting which cannot be replaced or repaired. I tried calling their customer support line during their posted hours but no one ever answers and when voicemail is left it is not returned. I have then sent multiple emails to their support email. I did receive one response back requesting video of leak for proof and serial number with date of purchase all of which I provided and I have heard nothing back for weeks. I have sent follow up emails asking for updates but nobody will respond. I just want my money back or new replacement sent to me. I cannot even use this because of the leak.
