    I purchased a pressure washer from Giraffe Tools on 10/26/23. The unit had been working good until 4/8/25 when it started to smoke and stopped working. I immediately unplugged it and contacted Giraffe Tools. The unit has a 2 year warranty which I am still under. At first, they seemed like they were going to take care of the issue. I provided all documentation they requested including original receipt and pictures of the unit. Now it's been over a week I've tried calling leaving several messages and sent several emails with no response from the company.

    They won't return my calls or send email. Bought the retractable water hose last year early summer. Tried to use 2 weeks ago. Major leaking soaked me. No longer working as intended. Spent, I believe, at least $175.00, not including money spent to have installed. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

    The item purchased has broken and Im attempting to use the 2 year warranty. I contacted the company via the form they requested online. I sent all of the proof they requested. I have left several *** and no one will return my call. They state they return calls within 48 hours but its been over a week. The number provided goes straight to VM. It was purchased on May ***** 2024.

    I purchased this hose reel cart from ********** in April 2022. The guide system broke and I contacted Giraffe Tools in July 2024 for a replacement part. I paid for and have been patiently waiting for this item (replacement guide system) since July of 2024. Although a simular Giraffe Tools hose reel cart is now advertised on ********** with what appears to be the exact same guide system, I have only received emails relating to this part. I have yet to receive any replacement part to date. V/r

    Product was ordered in November 2024 and never received product by the promise date of Dec 7. Giraffe has refunded partial of the purchase price.

    I purchased and received stainless steel retractable hose reel May 24, 2024. In 6 months it has rusted where the joints meet. I have repeatedly contacted customer support by email (which is acknowledged and given a case number) and twice by phone where I am told to leave a message. Have received no call back or service. Very poor customer service. Don't buy **********************, look for other brands which list a company or corporation address.

    I purchased a retractable pressure washer from Giraffe tools through an authorized dealer on 4.11.24. It is warrantied for 2 years. The unit broke on 8.4.24. The unit has only been used less than 10 times. It is garage kept out of the elements. I tried contacting giraffe tools through 800 warranty number several times but I only ever get voicemail. I processed warranty claim through their online portal on 8.5.24, and it said I would receive a response, but never did(i did check spam). I waited a few days with no response, so I emailed their support email to check status of warranty claim. I finally got a response on 8.20.24 asking for receipt, serial#, pictures, & shipping address which I sent all on 8.20.24 to *****. I didn't get a response back, so on 8.23.24 I emailed ***** for a status update...NO RESPONSE. On 8.28.24 I emailed ***** for a status update...NO RESPONSE. Today 8.29.24 I went back to their website and did a chat with the operator. They said they are escalating my case and I should be contacted in 24-hours. I don't have faith that I will be contacted after reading other similar bad reviews.

    I purchased a retractable hose reel from Giraffe tools in Dec. of 2023. It is warrantied for 2 years. The unit broke shortly after using it a few times. I have contacted giraffe tools through email, called several times. I have only received and email response. The customer service person, ***, took my info and pictures of the broken unit and agreed it needed to be replaced. She said the unit was out of stock and may be available in Aug. but for a charge I could upgrade now. At first I told her I would pay the upcharge. But it has been almost a month and no one would get back to me to confirm the order and charge. I am requesting a full refund because after doing some research even the upgraded model is the same (except for a steel bracket). Same problems breaking plastic. I cannot get anyone to answer phone calls. And the emails seem to have stopped. after reading comments on social media this is a problem with a lot of giraffe purchases. I am through wasting my time, A full refund is what I want.

    I spent hours trying to reach this business on 07/15/2024. Finally at around 10am Pacific time someone called me back. I informed them that my package was being shipped to the wrong address over ***** miles away from my actual address. They told me since it was not scheduled to be delivered until 07/17/2024 that it would be no problem to fix the issue. I tried calling Giraffee Tools back later that same day to make sure they fixed it and all I ever get is "no support agents are available". I called ***** and they told me it has not been corrected. Today, 07/16/2024 I have been chain calling Giraffe Tools from the second they opened and for the last 15 minutes and "no support agents are available". I'm beginning to think they are not going to fix it so that my package gets delivered to me. My package should be delivered to ***************** *********************. It should not be delivered to ******************************************

    When I received my 2 hose reels, I loved them. One is still working as it should but the other has something wrong inside. I have reached out to the company with 8 separate communications to their CS email they provide on their site, including the one from today, and I still has received zero help. I received emails back stating they received my email, and someone will be in touch but no response. All I need is to swap my malfunctioning reel for a new one as its still well within my warranty. EXTREMELY disappointed as I did love the product. I will never buy from them again and I would advise others to stay away as well. They clearly do not care about their customers after the sale.
