    I purchased the Photo Explosion Deluxe 5.0 as a Christmas gift for my husband. It came with a $20 mail in rebate (more if you elected an online credit towards another software package). I sent in the required items: rebate form, registration form, original sales receipt, and the *** code off the box. I mailed all the items to the address specified on the rebate form within the required 30-day window: Nova Development, P.O. *****************************, ATTN: PED520-S. Several weeks later I received my letter back from the US *********** with a RETURN TO SENDER, NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED, UNABLE TO FORWARD sticker. All online research indicates I did everything correctly and mailed the information to the correct address. I'm at a loss on what to do next as the company does not post a customer service number. Furthermore, they want you to PAY for a code in order to log a ticket with their technical support team.

    I returned software (which was not useful for my need) as directed in their Money-Back Guarantee Policy, through USPS with tracking request, All documentation requested for a refund was included. I followed up with a letter (also by USPS with tracking) and I received an email from Nova customer service asking for the same info that I had sent with my return. They also indicated they did not receive the software, although I included the document showing it was received. It has now been over FIVE MONTHS and I cannot get any response when I email or call about the status of my refund.

    I placed an online order with this company for digital purchase of their Virtual Architect 11 software. I received the email with the information and code to install software. After installed I have tried several times to use the software but it does nothing but crash. I have ran all scans on system for malware or any viruses and have none. I have a system that exceeds max system requirements but software continues to just shutdown. I have uninstalled and re installed but nothing corrects issue that program is just a bad program and will not run.I attempted to submit for a refund and the email address provided to send is invalid and does not go through. This is $60 I am out and they have found ways so you cannot contact for refund even though they state you can with a bogus email I want my refund that they state you can get if you fill out the letter of destruction of software to them with all purchase info which I had done but is bogus email address. The email address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's email address and try to resend the message
