    I purchased the Photo Explosion Deluxe 5.0 as a Christmas gift for my husband. It came with a $20 mail in rebate (more if you elected an online credit towards another software package). I sent in the required items: rebate form, registration form, original sales receipt, and the REMOVEDcode off the box. I mailed all the items to the address specified on the rebate form within the required 30-day window: Nova Development, P.O. REMOVED, ATTN: PED520-S. Several weeks later I received my letter back from the US REMOVEDwith a RETURN TO SENDER, NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED, UNABLE TO FORWARD sticker. All online research indicates I did everything correctly and mailed the information to the correct address. I'm at a loss on what to do next as the company does not post a customer service number. Furthermore, they want you to PAY for a code in order to log a ticket with their technical support team.
