    Review: REMOVED12 - POOR SERVICE, NOT RECOMMENDED!I had high hopes when I upgraded to REMOVED12, especially after dealing with frustrating issues in the previous version. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.Customer Support:The primary issue lies in the customer support, which appears to be just as lacking as mentioned in previous reviews. I experienced a persistent cursor insertion point offset problem while using Virtual Architect Professional 11, which I managed to fix temporarily by reinstalling the software. However, this problem returned after a short period, leading me to upgrade to version 12 in hopes of a more permanent resolution. Ongoing Issues:While the software started out okay, within a month, I found myself facing the same cursor issue once again. This consistency is extremely frustrating and undermines the software's usability. The added stress of paying for support on top of an already hefty purchase is unacceptableI feel that having paid for the software should include comprehensive customer support.Overall Impression:I cannot recommend REMOVED12 due to the ongoing technical issues and inadequate support. It's disheartening to see that the problems have not been resolved from version 11 to 12, and I urge potential users to consider these factors before investing in this software.
