      So I recently made a sale on Poshmarks website, I almost cancelled the sale when I made an accidental purchase of an overweight shipping label that I did not need or mean to buy. I read a notice that unused labels would not be charged. I was never properly sent the overweight shipping label to my email as youre supposed to be emailed all labels after sales. I didnt receive any emails as I should have for documentation. So Poshmark after the sale was made took out the $9 shipping charge from the Unused label. *** asked several times for help resolving this issue explained the situation that it was accidental and that I never received proper documentation of that label and wanted a refund. They have refused I demanded if they are going to charge me for an unused label they need to send me All information from that label. The tracking number date and receipt info to my email they have refused. For a Billion dollar company this is unacceptable. If Im going to be charged for an unused shipping label I deserve a refund or at least the proper information from that sale (tracking number) so I can be refunded from ***** They are stealing from sellers. I rely on any little sale I make to help support my family. $9 isnt a lot for a billion dollar company but it is to ******* family. I want a proper refund from this company not a credit that isnt showing on my account but a refund from money they are stealing from me unlawfully.

      Im upset because I actually need the money from  the sale of the item I sold not a credit to buy things. Im selling my own personal items to help support my family. We are in financial need. Im not looking to purchase things. But I wasnt offered any other option is which is why Im still upset about the issue. I understand they tried to send a resolution. They also told me they would give me a shipping free for another item, if sold but I have no documentation to prove that. So how do i know its true?  I sell another item they will pay for shipping? Its in my chats so for a billion dollar company making money off people selling on their platform I feel they could do better customer service. But what choice have they really left me as a consumer or seller?

      I purchased a pair of sandals from Poshmark, total price with tax and shipping ******. Order: 64aae743789940cc8638b84. The seller shipped the item, but the package was lost by ***** Tracking number **********************. I and the seller both reached out to Poshmark and were told to wait until July 26 since Poshmark policy said they could not start the refund process until there was a certain number of days with no movement on the package and re-contact them then. I logged on to poshmark and saw that Poshmark accepted the item on my behalf and paid the seller (the day they told me to reach back out to get a refund, even though tracking shows i never received my item.) Poshmark may accept an item for you if tracking shows you receive it, but you did not accept the item after 3 days of completed tracking. The seller is now silent. I reached out three more times to Poshmark asking them to refund my money, but they have not respond. I had another issue with another package, at this same time, that was never shipped by a seller and reached out to Poshmark and my money was refunded the same day. That was for a much cheaper amount of about 20 dollars. I am requesting a full refund since I did not receive my item, and tracking shows I did not receive the item. IT has been almost a month since the item was shipped and the last movement was a scan in ******* on July 12.

      Postmark merely told me that they sent me an email response. That email response Poshmark sent to me was only that they were thanking me for bringing the matter to their attention. They have been telling me that this matter takes time to resolve, but ******* keeps saying this and does not resolve the matter. If Poshmark does not refund my money, (since they paid the seller for an item I never received and kept the commission) I will be reporting them to law enforcement, my credit card company and every other agency possible for fraud and theft.

      On July 11, 2023 I purchased what was advertised as an authentic item - "Authentic Louis Vuitton Shoulder Bag Houston Yellow Vernis” for a total of $235.43. While this item was sold by an individual seller, the Poshmark business committed to a return policy that allowed returns for anything that is not authentic or not as advertised. This bag was neither.

      I tried to arrange for a return of the bag because a) it is not authentic and b) not as advertised by the seller. I presented photographic and videographic evidence to show the inauthentic qualities of the bag. However, Poshmark refused my return. The seller wanted to take the item back as she did not know it was inauthentic when she sold it but Poshmark is not complying with our requests to support the return.

      The Poshmark business has been difficult to contact about this and they send me through another process that is a dead end. They are not intending to resolve the problem.

      An item was listed as new. It was obviously NOT new, arriving without any original packaging or tags but instead wrapped in a wrinkled piece of tissue paper with a ribbon and gift tag attached.The company says they wont refund my money.

      I purchased a USA boxing headgear from one of the sellers in this site. The headgear's description was that ONE SIZE FITS ALL and that was not the case or inaccurate description or false information. The boxing headgear was too small for my head and the item was returned immediately to the seller on the same day I received it via USPS. Poshmark has failed to provide me with my refund in total. i am submitting original receipts for the purchase and what I paid for the shipping with USPS.

      So I recently sold two designer bags to a buyer. They went through posh authenticate. Noticed a tag was missing. They informed the buyer and buyer said it was no problem and I was going to send the missing label to her on my end. ***** receives the order Monday night opens a case Wednesday saying the item was broken/damaged/stained. She said there was heavy wear and didnt receive the missing strap. There no missing strap it was the plastic tag and paper insert that I had sent by letter mail which she agreed to. (Have the screenshot convo) I replied i wasnt sure what she meant about the missing strap because there wasnt one missing because it was sold as is in the listing and I repeated that is was the plastic tag and paper tag that I forgot and letter mailed to her. I also showed and circled in every picture the wear on condition of the vintage item. I have the pictures with it circled clearly showing the wear. Without giving me a chance to reply and hour later Poshmark approved the return. Ive sold ****+ listings and a posh ambassador 2. I feel the lack of support for sellers isnt very great. Theres no one I can speak to directly on the phone and now if I even receive the item as it was sent I will still be missing the two items that was sent by letter mail. Im now out on a $750 sale. This is the second time it has happened to me with posh. The first time with a brand new coat and customer claimed damage and when I received it it was not damaged and sent them an email. They offered a $10 credit and I was out $160 sale And many sellers are scared to ay anything. Because they are scared they will get punished and this is a lot of peoples sole income. But we pay 20% commission fee on everything we sell. There should be seller protection and support as well

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The return was accepted with no more proof or photos. The reason was more wear than showed. The pics were taken after it was returned. The pics show I did not  lie and my listing was true. In pics there is an area where it appears slightly lighter that is the reflection and lighting . In the photos taken yesterday I have taken closes **** Which you can see it was nothing as the buyer displayed. I love selling on Poshmark as it gave me the freedom to stay home to raise my babies. Im a Poshmark ambassador 2 with over ****+ sales. I take my selling seriously and I also depend on the income so I can support my family. But this was clearly a case of buyers remorse and I was penalized.A $750 sale  may not seem important but for me that is half of my mortgage payment. If I was in the wrong I would have no problem and take responsibility. But I didnt do anything wrong. I got punished for a falsified photo and claim. None of my accomplishments on posh give me support or give me any credibility. As a seller I felt unsupported and not heard. I also wasnt given a chance to back up my case because the decision was immediate and case was closed. i also have more photos but couldnt attach due to size

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Nothing has been resolved and very disappointed in the way Ive been treated. Which has been affecting my mental health and anxiety. I have been made to look dishonest and punished for something I didnt do. 
      the back and fourth with *** on Poshmark email hasnt been proactive. No matter what I say or what proof I have it will not be taken seriously or in consideration. Him and his team(which has been mentioned repeatedly in the emails)  are doing whatever they can to make my claim untrue and to make me look dishonest. I am one person. I dont have a team behind me. This complaint was never an attack on Poshmark. I was seeking support and to be heard because the one person I was able to deal with was *** through email  which was clearly not going anywhere. Im not a cheater or liar trying to get something  that I did work for. I work hard on posh and take pride in every sale and try to be a positive empowering seller in the Poshmark community. I never thought I would have to go through such tiring and negative process to fix a wrong that was not made on my part.

      I purchased a Louis Vuitton suitcase through Poshmark. Poshmark claims that the item is sent to them first to verify that it is undamaged and then they send it on to me. When I received the bag, one of the zippers was missing teeth and the zipper came off the first time I tried to use it. I contacted the seller - he or she did not respond for eight days - claimed that they are not on the website every day! They claimed that their listing stated that the zipper was broken and that it would cost $300 to get it repaired! I saw no such statement before I purchased it. I asked Poshmark to send me a return label so that I could return the item and get a refund. They never responded and waited long enough so that both could say that I did not file a complaint soon. enough. I should have never even received the item - Poshmark should have seen the damage when it was sent to them and before they forwarded it to me!

      I purchased a perfume. The seller told me it wouldn't be able to be sent until one week later. I said that I would be out of town at that time - the perfume was desired for the trip - and the seller told me they would cancel the transaction.

      Instead, they billed me 2x, charging overdraft fees.

      I want to cancel this transaction and have the seller refund my overdraft fees, or write to NFCU that they should not have been assessed.

      On 3/8/2022 I purchased a luxury bag that the seller advertised new with tag, dust bag and no flaws. I have screenshots to document this. I collect luxury bags and never use them. It was first sent to Poshmark ************** Services for review purposes that it is authentic and as described but when I received it there was no tag or dust bag. I reached out to the seller quite upset about this. She took my name and address and said she would send me $20 to purchase one and I refused. I said no you purchase it because you advertised it had one so I get one in the mail from her and it was two times the size of the bag, not happy about that! But I still accepted the bag because at first inspection it appeared to be in great condition. And not having a tag was not an issue for me since it was authenticated as authentic so after over a year after purchase I was cleaning my purses and conditioning them and taking care of the insides making sure they were still in good condition, I do this once a year. And I came across the one that I bought from her. It was only when I lifted out the lining of the inside the bag.did I see the damage of what looks like long ink pen marks and it would not be noticeable, unless you lift out the lining because the inside fabric is plaid, so looking down at it from the top, you would not see it. I reached out to posh support and this is the response that I got Thank you for your email. When an item is shipped to our Posh Authenticate facility for review, our team of luxury experts carefully inspect the items authenticity by checking logos, tags, materials, hardware, quality, and more. Once weve confirmed authenticity, well package it with care and ship it to you. While we do note the condition of items during our review, we still give buyers the opportunity to review the item themselves upon receipt to ensure that the item is as described in the listing. I am not at all happy with this response. No notes about damage sent to me.

      Please may I retract my satisfaction with the merchant as they have not followed through on my request recently upon contacting them. Please see the attached. I requested that the refund go into my bank account. At one point that was a viable solution as per ******* email attached but tables were turned and now they are retracting that as my option

      Poshmark approved an unfounded return..perfectly pristine sunglasses because of “ color” claim by customer . I showed the item in multiple lights and depicted honestly. They continually allow buyers to lie and return items ..then buyer returned item scratched I told Poshmark and they gave me $15 in “posh credit” which I won’t use. I had asked to be reimbursed for item and want a refund. This is very unprofessional and basically condoning property damage/ theft if buyer sent me another pair back that was scratched. Attached pictures show my listing, pristine. Then scratched item sent back to me.
