Hi, I have a huge issue with Poshmarks customer service and business practices in general however I have been trying to contact Poshmark for days over simply changing my phone number for 2 factor authentication, I got a new number and tried to update it so I could initiate a bank transfer at around 5am yesterday August 1 2023 it said it would take 1 business day to update, it is now **** am August 2 and the number still isn't updated nor can I get support to help me find out why the number hasn't been updated. I can't initiate a transfer to access my money and I am being actively ignored by poshmark on all social media and emails and they do not have another way to be contacted. I do not wish to have a phone number associated with my poshmark account so I can get my authorization codes by email which is my preferred method of communication anyway but there is no option to do that. I should be able to control that. I literally just want my number removed or updated so I can fully access my account and initiate a transfer of funds and they are actively preventing me from doing so even though I have verified my identity. It's ridiculous I've had to take it this far and I apologize profoundly if I am wasting your time but I do not know what else to do at this point I am so frustrated and stressed that I am crying. I've missed 2 days of work due to not being able to purchase gas.Business Response

I purchased an item from Poshmark that turned out to be counterfeit. I opened a dispute with ******, however, when, I did this, Poshmark threatened me stating my disputes could put my account in jeopardy. They told me they are going to respond to Paypal and they still have not. I ordered a dress from Poshmark, which was delivered on 07/05. It was sold as new with tags. When I opened the package, the dress was soaking wet. It felt and smelled disgusting. I contacted Poshmark on 07/06 to explain the situation and requested guidance on how to resolve the issue, including an offer to return the item to the seller. Since then, I have had numerous interactions with Poshmark, where they repeatedly told me to send them a picture of the item. I repeatedly said I could not take a picture because the item had since dried. I was then told on 07/11 to file a formal case return, which I tried to do, however that also requested photos to proceed. I contacted Poshmark once more to explain the issue. On 07/14, I saw that the funds that were being held for the item I purchased had been released without my authorization. I immediately contacted Poshmark again stating that I hadnt authorized the payment release. I was answered once more with a request for pictures of the item, at which point, I requested that the issue be escalated to a supervisor. The manager also asked for pictures to resolve the matter. I have spent over 3 weeks trying to get a refund an item that cost only $25 and Ive gotten nowhere. I respectfully request assistance in resolving this issue. So I recently made a sale on Poshmarks website, I almost cancelled the sale when I made an accidental purchase of an overweight shipping label that I did not need or mean to buy. I read a notice that unused labels would not be charged. I was never properly sent the overweight shipping label to my email as youre supposed to be emailed all labels after sales. I didnt receive any emails as I should have for documentation. So Poshmark after the sale was made took out the $9 shipping charge from the Unused label. *** asked several times for help resolving this issue explained the situation that it was accidental and that I never received proper documentation of that label and wanted a refund. They have refused I demanded if they are going to charge me for an unused label they need to send me All information from that label. The tracking number date and receipt info to my email they have refused. For a Billion dollar company this is unacceptable. If Im going to be charged for an unused shipping label I deserve a refund or at least the proper information from that sale (tracking number) so I can be refunded from ***** They are stealing from sellers. I rely on any little sale I make to help support my family. $9 isnt a lot for a billion dollar company but it is to ******* family. I want a proper refund from this company not a credit that isnt showing on my account but a refund from money they are stealing from me unlawfully.Business Response

Im upset because I actually need the money from the sale of the item I sold not a credit to buy things. Im selling my own personal items to help support my family. We are in financial need. Im not looking to purchase things. But I wasnt offered any other option is which is why Im still upset about the issue. I understand they tried to send a resolution. They also told me they would give me a shipping free for another item, if sold but I have no documentation to prove that. So how do i know its true? I sell another item they will pay for shipping? Its in my chats so for a billion dollar company making money off people selling on their platform I feel they could do better customer service.
