    I placed an order and never received the product. Ive contacted the company several times. First to receive the product, and the last several emails requesting a refund. Ive only received automatic replys with no human reply to my specific complaint.

    On November 3, 2024 i ordered a few items from ************************************** totaling $122.93 my order #***** I've contacted customer support and have been given the run around. They have said my order was shipped and should arrive in a few days and never was shipped or received. They tell me some one will reach out to me and never do. At this point I just want my money back. I've ask multiple times for a refund. They just tell me that some one will reach out to me to resolve my issue. It's been almost 4 months of going back and forth with no resolution.

    On Dec. 8th 2024 I ordered 2 packs of remineralizing gum and 1 pack of remineralizing tooth powder for a order total of $64.95. I paid for the order through Affirm. On January 8th I emailed the company asking for a refund. They refused to refund the money and instead told me their customer reconciliation team would contact me. 18 days later, I emailed them again asking for a refund. Their customer reconciliation team still had not contacted me. Their response was that they would follow up with their reconciliation team and they would contact me in a few days. I emailed them 2 days later demanding a refund and they sent me an auto generated response. It has been almost 2 months and I have no idea where the package is because their site doesn't show updated tracking information. I still have not received my order. They refused to refund the money to me. I feel like they stole money from me.

    Purchase date : December 12, 2024.Alleged shipping Date: December 15, 2024 First attempt to receive an update on tracking: December 24, 2024. The entire time the only support I was provided was "The tracking link has not been updated yet due to unexpected delay in stock and some minor tracking issues with the current batch orders. We are actively working with our warehouse and delivery partners to resolve this as quickly as possible." Attempt to cancel my order: January 15, 2025. I was told that someone from their customer reconciliation would reach out to me - I have not heard back. I have since requested a refund/cancellation on several occasions. Their standard shipping policy for the US is 5-10 days. After 30 days of inactivity **** cancels tracking info. I have requested updated tracking as well.

    Placed order on December 15 2024. Received email of shipping label created on December 21st, 7days later reached out by email to ask for a refund of my shipping. Due to the fact that it's coming from a neighboring city and does not take 7 days. They replied and told me to wait till I received the package which I have not still today January 17 2025 to start a refund process.

    I purchased a product from this company on 11/18 and received the items on 12/13. The items were not what I wanted and I have emailed the company to initiate a return. Their return policy is a full refund for the goods within 30 days of receipt. They are denying the return due to high shipping costs and are only offering a discount for future product.

    I purchased Larineco Reminerlizing gum for a stocking stuffer on December 11, 2024. I paid $29.99 for the product, plus $7.97 for S&H. I was hoping to have the gum delivered before Christmas. I received an email stating that the order was on the way on 12/15/2024. I have sent 4 emails asking for an update on when I can expect the gum. They reply stating that they will look into the issue and get back to me. At this point I am concerned that the entire business is fraudulent. My order number is #*****. The order tracking number is **********************. When I click on the link for the tracking number it states that the shipping label was created on 12/16/2024, but nothing further.

    My complaint is about the Larine ****** company. I came across this company from an online ad claiming they sold remineralizing gum. I order two packs of said gum. What they are selling is not gum, it instantly just dissolves in your mouth. I reached out wanting a refund. They responded offering a 40% refund of my order. I said no I wanted a full refund. They responded two more times with a 50 and 60% refund of my order. I again declined both stating I wanted a full refund. After that they went ahead and refunded me the original 40% they offered. It states on their own website a 60 day money back guarantee, they did not uphold this statement. Original purchase date 11/13/24 Price Paid $39.93 Price Refunded $23.96

    I purchased their gum. Fully expecting to receive gum. When I did receive my package and popping a piece of gum into my mouth it immediately dissolved. I emailed the company for help. I was told that there was a problem with that batch as it was the packaging that caused the gum to lose its chewiness and promised to send me a new batch in a month. This was November 11. January 3 I email them again asking for a refund because it has been almost two months and I havent heard anything from them. They give me a run around that they will send me a new batch in a month. I kindly declined and asked for a refund. They responded by saying I could keep the product and they would refund me 40%. I declined and again asked for a full refund and stated I would send back the product as its not what they claimed it to be and I do not want a faulty product. They email back and say I can keep the product and they would give me a 50% refund. I again respond that I do not want the product and that I want a full refund. I get another response saying I can keep the product and they will refund 60% of my money. Their website has a 60 day 100% money back guarantee. I have not heard back from them the last time.

    I ordered one of their products and after three weeks I still had not received the products. I then typed in my order number into the website order tracker and it stated that my order did not exist. I reached out to Larine to figure out why my order did not exist, and they stated that it was a warehouse issue. So I asked for a refund at that point (which should have been easy because my order had not yet shipped). I received a robotic email that said I should just wait and see for the product to arrive, at which point I could request a refund. I then stated again that I wanted a refund and I received a 100% identical response as their previous email. I then quickly received an email with a tracking number which tells me that the product had not yet been shipped until I reached out to them. It took another week and a half for the product to arrive. After receiving the product, I reached back out and stated that I recieved the product, had not opened it, and would like a refund. They stated that they could not issue me a refund because of "high shipping costs" which does not make sense because on their website it states that returns will be sent to **********, and I live in *******. Their website also states that they have a 30 day return policy after receiving the product, and I am well within my 30 day window.
