    I was misled into believe with deception that this was an American based company. I was told the items were made and shipped from **********. After waiting weeks for my products, I was sent a confirmation number in Chinese letter that my item was coming from *****. Then, I was charged for a second product only to realize they charged me $10 for a random fee and enrolled me into a subscription without my knowledge. I spoke with **** d and he assured me he would take care of it and hes done nothing.

    The business has not provided me the product I ordered from them. It has been since December 11, 2024. They have said that they have long shipping times but I have not received an update or estimated arrival date.

    Received the product and contacted customer service in December 12, 2024 because the gum wasnt chewable as advertised. It disintegrated in my mouth. December 13, 2024 they responded via email that they had identified a problem with the batch and gave me the option of waiting a month for the new product and theyd ship that. I agreed. Emailed again on March 9th asking for a full refund since they obviously havent meet their end of the deal. Now they are saying, March 10, 2025, that they will open an investigation.

    Tried repeatedly to cancel my subscription and was ignored or given the run around. Very concerned about the integrity of this company.

    The gym is not made in the *** as claimed. Took over a month to arrive from *****. Asked the company for a refund due where made and question quality..safety. Asked for a refund as there is a 60 day return policy. They are not honoring it

    My problem is I placed an order with this company after looking over the website trying to determine if it was legitimate. The site states it is located in ****************, **. So I placed an order. After a week and half of not receiving it, I checked tracking and it was shipped from *****. This a HUGE misrepresentation of the product. I requested a full refund on this basis and they would not fulfill it. Not only should these companies be held accountable for lying about where the products are, they shouldn't be allowed to do this without the consumer knowing.

    I bought a chewing gum product that was never sent. I received multiple email messages, promising the product would be shipped. It never has been, and now I am unable to contact them. They don't respond to emails anymore, and their phone number is not in service.

    I ordered gum and tooth powder from them and only received the gum. It's been over a month and they won't refund or acknowledge they messed up my order. They just keep saying they will refund me but nothing has ever happened or they say they will refund 40% which is not fair and has gone past the 5 to 7 buisness days if they actually did refund me. I also read on many blogs on reddit they have done the same to other customers or the customer just never receives the products. In my case I only received half my order.

    This company sold a product that was manufactured and shipped from *****, after I reached out with my concern and they assured me something was wrong with the tracking info and theyre products are manufactured and shipped from the ***. Once my product arrived the shipping label was indeed from ***** and nothing was wrong with the tracking info afterall. I requested a refund immediately without even opening the package and they offered to give me 40% of what I paid. I declined and requested a full refund, based on their refund policy I should have gotten all my money back.

    Ordered Larineco dental gum from Larine through Instagram on Jan 12th and never received the item. Tracking number provided was bogus, so I wrote it off. Then this month I received another notice by email that the same order was taken out from my credit card and I was on a subscription. Email them to cancel the subscription and refund me and also called the number on the website. When the *** answered she didn't sound professional at all----she said shed have to check with her "higher **** about a refund, but that they cancelled my subscription. I asked for a confirmation email and she said "I have to check about that". I told her I'd wait, that I should be able to get an immediate email confirming my cancellation and refund. She then hung up on me. I called my credit card company and disputed the transactions as well as looking up reviews on the company which were very poor and ***orted as a scam.
