    ordered a product. never delivered. emailed one month later and said to cancel. Refused to cancel and return my money. INsisted product was on the way. never received./ refused to return my money. thieves. scammers. several others have had same experience.

    This company signed me up for a subscription to their product even though I absolutely did not sign up for one. I see many other complaints in online forums related to this behavior. It is unacceptable and was so blatantly theft I felt I had to report this. It is predatory behavior. When I asked to cancel the subscription I never signed up for, I was told to login to a portal.. so I had to submit my email address to the site, be sent a link for the portal, and then gain access that way (clearly this portal was never something that had been set up with an account!)

    I ordered their product on June 6, 2025. I have not received the item and the item has not been shipped as of July 10, 2025. I have included the **** tracking number. I have emailed the company multiple times to which they have responded but all they can tell me is that my order has been processed. I have asked for a refund and cancelation but they will not fulfill my request.

    Sent me something I did not order. I returned it. Sent documentation to that effect. They keep claiming not to have received it

    I was charged late in the evening last night for the amount of $42.92. I purchased Larine gum last month and wasn't particularly impressed. For some reason, they charged me again as if I'm on a subscription. I did not sign up for a subscription, there is nowhere on their website that allows you to log in or check subscriptions, and nowhere I can find to cancel any subscriptions. That is incredibly SCAMMY behavior.

    I received their product after ordering online and was dissatisfied. I emailed to cancel and didnt hear back for over two weeks until the next order was processed and sent without responding to my first email. When they reached out in response to my several attempts to cancel, they informed me they couldnt since they already created a shipping number. Charged me and said I needed to return the product once it got to me. I asked them to cancel the subscription and didnt hear back until today when they charged me again for the third time. I immediately emailed them informing them of my request for a refund and to cancel the order and my subscription.

    I ordered their gum based on ads seen on instagram with raving reviews. After purchase I found several websites and reviews claiming they were scammed by this company for false advertising with no clinical backing or proof. After ordering their product on 5/23 I received an email saying the product had shipped. The initial tracking number showed the product was coming from *********** yet the company claimed to be made in the *** with an address out of **********. After nearly three weeks the package arrived with a suspicious seller name and an address in ********** on the label. When I reached out to customer support they offered a 25% return on my order which also came from a suspicious email and name. The practices by this company are extremely concerning and unethical and I want to file a complaint so others are aware and not scammed like me by this companies fake social media reviews and ads.

    I purchased $104 worth of product from Larine on 5/13/2025. They processed the order and allegedly shipped it on 5/16/2025. I paid for insured shipping. The product never came. When I contacted Larine, they said they could not refund my money nor send me a replacement shipment and have stopped communicating with me. Im out $104 and have no product. At this point, I just want my money back.

    I purchased gum through this company, and it was clearly manufactured in ***** not the US as advertised. Plus, they charged me an extra $5 Fee for shipping protection, which I had declined at checkout. Then, when I contacted them to cancel, they confirmed cancellation but continued to ship and charge me product.

    Somehow getting repeat orders. Never signed up for a subscription. Have tried to cancel multiple times. Stay away from this company. I had to have my credit card company reject future items from them as that was the only way to stop them.
