    On April 3, 2025, REMOVEDerroneously overpaid Elite Relocation Services by $24,557.50. The actual invoice totaled only $225.00, but a wire transfer in the amount of $24,782.50 was sent in error.Elite Relocation has acknowledged receipt of this overpayment and has provided repeated assurances that the funds would be returned. On May 20, 2025, Elite even confirmed in writing that repayment would be initiated today or tomorrow.Despite these assurances, no repayment has been made as of August 28, 2025. Elite continues to wrongfully retain funds that do not belong to them.We request immediate repayment of the overpayment in the amount of $24,557.50 to REMOVEDor some assurance this is forthcoming. Wire instructions have been provided to Elite Relocation Services on multiple occasions and can be re-sent upon request.

    We tried to wire payment within a week, and REMOVEDflagged it as fraud.  I had to wait for a period of time.  I was intending to write a re-fund check to this customer, yet it was never processed due to stacked projects.

    Due to travel, we placed this client on in a payment queue on July 21st , 2025 for a Net-90 payment term.  Check will be mailed out on 10/19/2025.  We typically process checks on Fridays so the check will be issued on 10/17/2025.

    When a client is flagged by REMOVEDfor Fraud when I tried to complete the wire transfer back, we were advised to not process any payments for a minimum of 120 days.  Doing what I can yet stopped communicating with the customer because of the fraud that I needed cleared.

    I will be sending a cashed check when it is processed.
