5 starsThis was by far, the most pleasant experience I've ever had in dealing with a company's customer service (cs). I had been dragging my feet on calling in reference to my expired e-card due to the frustration of other companies cs. My anxiety was instantly removed as soon as the cs rep answered my call. She was kind, pleasant, friendly, professional, and most important; reassuring. Within a few minutes, she had my issue resolved. I requested a physical card as a replacement as I am not the best with technology and she assured me the card would soon be on its way. I highly recommend this company. Top notch company.
