I bought a Maggiano gift card for the 1st time- worth $225. As soon as I received it, I went online and used it on Maggiano web site but it says it's gift card # is incorrect. I checked the # again and again and tried it multiple times but it kept saying the gift card# was incorrect. Also, it came with the pin # but when you go on to maggiano web site, it doesn't even ask for the pin #. I just want the refund back to my card.

I am rejecting this response because:  I had to fight to get those 4 gift cards.  If I buy a gift card it should require months of phone calls to get either my gift card or my money back.  In the first incident, I didn't get my gift card.  I paid for a $50 gift card and a $10 bonus.  After 4 months of phone calls I got my $50 back.  That's not good customer service.  That's not what I paid for.  That doesn't change the fact you steal from people.  Most people would have forgotten and you would have stolen their $50.

      Sincerely,

      ***** *******

I received a gift card from this company as a gift. I saved the card in its original packaging, unopened, in my safe the last two years. It expires 11/31 and should have $100 on it. Upon opening the gift card, some of the 16 digit numbers have been scratched off as well as the 3 digit security number on the back. The card will not even read at a card reader. Tried two different readers at *******. I am demanding a complete replacement of the card with all funds still loaded. Which totals $100.

I am rejecting this response because:

They sell an item that is given as gifts and should be better stewards to their customers. This product was never opened or used until this year. There was clearly something going on with theft and they want to sweep it under the rug. Its a shame they would treat someone this way, let alone let their employees or vendors steel $100 without even trying to make things right. The person that bought this gift card for me is my elderly mother and she feels betrayed and devastated such a known company would be so dirty. She and I will no longer use gift cards. They are more the. Welcome to replace the gift card to regain two customers and stop bad word of mouth advertisement. Or they could continue to punch holes in their companys wellness. See the other similar complaints, it will remain this way.

      Sincerely,

      ******* *****

My daughter received 2 Xbox One Call of Duty gift cards at Christmas last year or the year before. Each are for 1100 Call of Duty Points (1000 + 100 bonus) and have no expiration. Redemption of the gift cards must be done via their website. Once redeemed, they will email the code to be used in games. Neither card is being accepted, giving an error: "Sorry this code has not been recognised. Please make sure you have entered the code correctly. If the issue persists, please get in touch."We have contacted support several times. They reported the cards should still be functional and to try different browsers. None of the suggestions have worked. Each time they have either closed the case wiithout help or stating to call ************** for assistance. ************** states this is not their card #. Case # CS14635923 We have been working on this since late November to no avail.

I purchased a gift card from Blackhawk Holding on 12-10-2024 for $50 using my ****** Account which had my banking debit card linked to it. The payment for the gift card was taken out of my bank this morning. There were two other charges from Blackhawk taken from my banking account also after I had received a notification that ****** had rejected 2 payments. The amounts that were taken out are $49.58 each for a total of $99.16. I did not authorize these charges. I contacted the company and was put on hold then the phone went to voicemail and I was told to leave a message. I want my money back. I only authorized the first $50.00 charge which was actually $55.53 with the fees.
