    I have been attacked by racist people within the company. SO REMOVEDracially called me names and management fired him.For second time I was victimized thesaurus issue SO name REMOVEDcalled "Boy" while I am having conversation with the manager.Manager name REMOVEDand REMOVEDare relatives and favoritism be come out of control i have evidence that i can provide.They suspended me for standing for my right for pass 2 weeks because of my situation I ha e to look for another job. They make me suffer with 4 kids with newborn baby.

    This company is so janky, if you dont show up to a shift they take you off the schedule. They play with peoples hours. They make up rules as they go. They play in your face and management dont care about the problems the guards are having. They try to schedule to work shifts automatically without checking to see if you are ok with working those shifts. This company is a really bad company and very unprofessional

    This company is will wipe out your overtime and only pay you eight hours and not pay correctly make you work off the clock and change your schedule without notice in coerce you into taking positions, you dont want and they will lie straight to your face

    The worst security company. they keep hiring and firing people constantly. the dont provide any reasonable accomodation. protect their higher rank employees. This compnay is people full of toxic manager and full with discrimanations. Do not work for them you will regret and waste your time.

    I received an offer letter from a recruiter on a Friday. I was then informed that I had a second interview scheduled for the following Monday with another recruiter, REMOVED, and the site hiring manager, REMOVED.I arrived on time for the interview; however, both REMOVEDand REMOVEDwere late. During the call, REMOVEDasked me to turn on my camera, while she and REMOVEDkept theirs off. Shortly after, REMOVEDstated she would be leaving and left me to continue the interview with REMOVEDthe conclusion of the interview, I was told that REMOVEDwould follow up with me. After two days without any communication, I reached out to the original recruiter who had sent me the offer letter. She informed me that REMOVEDhad decided not to move forward with my application. When I asked why I had received an offer letter if this was the outcome, she was unable to provide a clear explanation. I was simply told that Inter-Con had many positions to fill, and by the time my interview concluded, there were no longer any available roles.

    Really unorganized company under paying as . Now they want to charge us for the equipment and for the uniform. I will not recommend someone here if they're looking for a future. If you're able to get with a union It will be better some of the contracts they have they don't care about security guards

    Company is horrible. They are charging their employees to use their app deducting from their pay. Theyre also underpaying their employees, but expect them to do above and beyond for them and the sites they work at this company needs to be investigated thoroughly.

    I was contacted and hired by REMOVEDthe recruiter for this company to become an officer paying $20 to work at REMOVEDon Sept.16th. I went through fingerprinting, training, and was drug tested. Do not EVER work for this company!!! They are the worst, its a scam, they offered me a full time job that I was prepared to start with a start Date of 10/01/2024. I reached out to get my schedule and location no one ever reached out not the recruiter REMOVED, my manager REMOVEDor the Supervisor REMOVED. The day before my start date I reached out to them all as my uniforms were too huge informing them that there was a mishap and what would I do being that they didnt fit . Only to find out after calling plus emailing over days. I called the dispatch scheduling line asking for a manger to reach out. REMOVEDreached out telling me to report to the REMOVEDand if an officer dont show up then Ill work the entire shift. If an officer does then Ill only work for 2hours. I was informed Id have my own location and a full shift of 8 hours everyday total 40 hrs. a week. A rug was pulled underneath me. I asked him what do you mean and his response was we have to make sure everyone gets some hours . I didnt sign up to work 2hours a day anywhere. This is not right, a waste of my time and need to be reported. It was false information. I signed an offer letter and all having proof of what u was told. PLEASE PLEASE to ALL you DO NOT want to work here! They gave me false information then blamed the recruiter stating oh he didnt tell you. Who does that. How unprofessional, unethical and firm right a LIE. REMOVED. Someone needs to be held accountable. Now Im without a job I thought I had and was excited REMOVEDstart tomorrow!

    I wish I wouldve read the reviews sooner. Ive worked in the law enforcement and security field|setting for over 15 years and this company is the most unorganized company REMOVEDever worked for in my entire career. If youre reading this; please dont waste your time and go elsewhere, youll be thankful. (Zero Stars)God Bless!

    I worked for them They Force you to work off of the clock You are told that you have to be somewhere twenty minutes before your shift starts and be working but you're not allowed to clock in I want to file a law suit
