    I received an offer letter from a recruiter on a Friday. I was then informed that I had a second interview scheduled for the following Monday with another recruiter, ****** ****, and the site hiring manager, ********** ********.I arrived on time for the interview; however, both ****** and ********** were late. During the call, ****** asked me to turn on my camera, while she and ********** kept theirs off. Shortly after, ****** stated she would be leaving and left me to continue the interview with ********** ******** the conclusion of the interview, I was told that ****** would follow up with me. After two days without any communication, I reached out to the original recruiter who had sent me the offer letter. She informed me that ****** had decided not to move forward with my application. When I asked why I had received an offer letter if this was the outcome, she was unable to provide a clear explanation. I was simply told that Inter-Con had many positions to fill, and by the time my interview concluded, there were no longer any available roles.

    Refused to provided me with uniform pants that fits. I wear a SMALL AND WAS GI EN A LARGE AN TOLD THIS IS A SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM OF THEM NOT HAVING MY SIZE!! I had to go out and buy my own pants or be fired if I dont show up to work. Its very degrading. The employees also talk to you like you are trash and if you say anything back you will be written up!

    Really unorganized company under paying as . Now they want to charge us for the equipment and for the uniform. I will not recommend someone here if they're looking for a future. If you're able to get with a union It will be better some of the contracts they have they don't care about security guards

    Company is horrible. They are charging their employees to use their app deducting from their pay. Theyre also underpaying their employees, but expect them to do above and beyond for them and the sites they work at this company needs to be investigated thoroughly.

    I was contacted and hired by ******** ***** the recruiter for this company to become an officer paying $20 to work at ********** on Sept.16th. I went through fingerprinting, training, and was drug tested. Do not EVER work for this company!!! They are the worst, its a scam, they offered me a full time job that I was prepared to start with a start Date of 10/01/2024. I reached out to get my schedule and location no one ever reached out not the recruiter ********, my manager ************* or the Supervisor *****. The day before my start date I reached out to them all as my uniforms were too huge informing them that there was a mishap and what would I do being that they didnt fit . Only to find out after calling plus emailing over days. I called the dispatch scheduling line asking for a manger to reach out. ***** reached out telling me to report to the ****** ****** and if an officer dont show up then Ill work the entire shift. If an officer does then Ill only work for 2hours. I was informed Id have my own location and a full shift of 8 hours everyday total 40 hrs. a week. A rug was pulled underneath me. I asked him what do you mean and his response was we have to make sure everyone gets some hours . I didnt sign up to work 2hours a day anywhere. This is not right, a waste of my time and need to be reported. It was false information. I signed an offer letter and all having proof of what u was told. PLEASE PLEASE to ALL you DO NOT want to work here! They gave me false information then blamed the recruiter stating oh he didnt tell you. Who does that. How unprofessional, unethical and firm right a LIE. ********. Someone needs to be held accountable. Now Im without a job I thought I had and was excited ******** start tomorrow!

    I wish I wouldve read the reviews sooner. Ive worked in the law enforcement and security field|setting for over 15 years and this company is the most unorganized company *** ever worked for in my entire career. If youre reading this; please dont waste your time and go elsewhere, youll be thankful. (Zero Stars)God Bless!

    I worked for them They Force you to work off of the clock You are told that you have to be somewhere twenty minutes before your shift starts and be working but you're not allowed to clock in I want to file a law suit
