    Las Vegas Transit security guard ( Independent contractor for *** Bus ) called me derogatory names ( white trash) ( Honkey) ect and pulled out weapon on me and tried to fight me. Also assaulted me while i tried to film him. It was raining and I was only there for 5 min and told to leave. I work with computers at **** and was sitting at the bus stop minding my own business and as I asked him was to provide proof of who he was. The man was very unstable and police are protecting him as well as 911 who try to gaslight me on the phone as crazy. I have footage on my phone of him pulling out weapon on another person. There are cameras are everywhere. Police watched the tapes and are protecting him. I contact the company multiple times but the numbers are all fake and keep getting sent to disconnected lines. My next move is filing complaint in federal court. I have vin number of his vehicle also as well as cell phone video. This guy could have killed me today, as well as students at **** just for sitting at the bus while it was raining during lunch.

    I resigned from their ********** of ***** contract in May, and returned my equipment in September. I tried canceling my retirement plan and moving it to my current employer but they keep telling the provider (contractors ********) that Im still an employee. *** made several attempts to inquire about my resignation status over the past two months and theyve ignored me. They also stopped responding to the providers. On top of this Im also owed a final paycheck for returning my equipment.

    It involves an Accident ware my Vehicle was damaged by an employee of Inter-Con Security.
    The accident occurred on September 28th 2022.
    The Problem is that Inter-Con
    Will not take responsibility for Damages or provide me with their Insurance information.

    *********** advised Inter-Con, a private security company, his vehicle sustained property damage on a premises secured by Inter-Con on September 18, 2022. Inter-Con took responsibility for the damages and extended an offer to compensate Mr. ***** directly for his insurance deductible and towing expenses, as he had already initiated a property damage claim with his insurance carrier, **** at that juncture. Inter-Con offered a general release to Mr. ***** on November 28, 2022 to compensate for his out of pocket expenses as a legitimate business decision due to the monetary value of the property damage sustained.

    On December 1, 2022, Mr. ***** advised as follows: "I Understand the Documents you sent me fully. I am not going to put my Signature any of them...This is a simple Vehicle Accident Claim, and since Inter-Con did not provide with any insurance information, I was forced to file a claim with my own Insurance Company. At this Time ****, is acting as my Attorney in this matter, and all business from this point forward is to be conducted with them Exclusively. In a Previous E-mail I provided you with Contact Information for ****. To date, no one from Inter-Con Security has attempted to Settle My claim. Please understand ****, now owns the debt and they will reimburse my expenses in full only after Inter-Con settles the claim with them."

    Based on the above, on December 7, 2022, exactly as Mr. ***** requested and well before the instant complaint with *** was filed, Inter-Con's Director of Risk Management, ***************, contacted **** insurance and spoke with****** (no last name provided). Ms. ********** was advised by****** (***) that no further action is necessary on the part of Inter-Con at this time. Once **** completes their investigation and the claim is closed out, they will direct their subrogation team seek recovery of repairs from Inter-Con. Ms. ********** provided her contact information so **** can pursue subrogation when appropriate.

    In any event, because Mr. ***** is pursuing the claim via ****, **** will make Mr. ***** whole, not Inter-Con. Mr. ***** rejected Inter-Con's offer to compensate for out of pocket expenses. Had Mr. ***** provided Inter-Con with the full amount of damage to his vehicle as opposed to initiating a claim with ****, Inter-Con would have offered to compensate him in full in good faith. However, he chose to initiate a claim with his auto insurance, which is his prerogative. At this time, Ms. ********** has not been contacted by **** regarding claim resolution, and Inter-Con is not in control of the amount of time **** expends in adjusting the claim. Inter-Con has and will continue to fully cooperate with **** in resolving Mr. *****'s claim.
