      It took a while, but ******** was highly knowledgeable with the software ins and outs, and managed to get my IOLO software back and running after ****** Chrome suddenly disabled my Password Manager add-on.He saved me HOURS of recovery time. ***** for a job well done.

      Other than needing the tech to speak louder (which he did after I asked him to do so), he worked for over an hour to get my phone to work properly, including calling me back twice when the call was dropped. I am very pleased with his attitude, his knowledge, and the results of his work on my phone.
