1 starThe company sends our emails via affiliates that make it seem like you are already paying for a service, but the renewal payment failed. When you click on the link, it brings you to a website to sign up for an annual service subscription. This organization is 100% fraudulent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

1 starAt first I have been using System Mechanic for long time but 08/03/2025 they started charging my credit card for $19.95 without my knowledge about a live tech service that i did not agree, I talk to them and they only are refunding me the last month of "service" taking (stealing) 2 months of "service"What a shame.RealDefense LLC

Why that occurred was not discovered, but it will be closely monitored by me every two weeks for the next year or more - already on my calendar.RealDefense LLC
