    Back in August or September of 2022: I joined Gold's Gyms due to a special advertised "2 for 1". I was directed to a representative who spoke quickly, said it "was the last days & to take advantage I had to sign up now", he made me sign various times on a automated pad WITHOUT showing me the *********** said "no tricks now" , he laughed and said "no" and quickly zipped through documents, of which I clearly stated "I don't havemy eye glasses, and can't see" to which *******. said "it was standard stuff" fast forward: I am now being sought after by ***** Funs Financial services for moneey, I do not feel I owe as I was told: it was a month to month membership, "no surprises" and th SURPRISE IS I AM BEING ACCOSTED by this collection agency

    This company calls me at least 3 times a day and has for weeks. I have demanded to be removed from their calling list as I owe them no money. How can I make them stop calling me? I block every number and they call again.

    I want to phone calls to and I believe this was in regards to stopping the billing during Covid at a gym which the gym was closed and why was I going to be paying for a membership all so when it opened they wanted you to wear a mask which was stupid. I want them to stop calling me.

    Every day I receive multiple robot calls from Swift Funds Financial. They call from multiple different phone numbers. I am 71 and I have paid my debts and am paying my debts. These calls are harassment. Every time a call comes in I block it. They use another number. I want them to stop. It is always the same robot man.

    I am being contacted about a debt I cleared with Eos Fitness. I was told that my debt was cleared and was fine; months later, I'm being contacted about a debt.

    Over the past 2 months I have received hundreds of robocalls and actual person spam calls trying to get me to sign up for a $75,000 personal loan. Nearly every call comes from a new number and I have blocked over 150 of their numbers so far. One day I got 47 calls in a 3 hour time span. Each time leaving a robocall voicemail that kept filling up my inbox. I have answered multiple times and finally got a person and when I told him to stop calling me he just said "make me" and hung up.

    I have never had any dealings with this company- ever- they have been calling me 5 times a day, minimum and leaving messages to offer me loans. I have blocked their numbers and put my phone on silent and they continue to call and leave messages, using different phone numbers every time. I am sick of it. I dont know who they are but I have zero interest in them and this is harassment. It needs to stop.

    Have called countless times to collect a debt on a gym membership that was cancelled within the free 30 day trial. I was told by the gym management it was obligation free. Theyre claiming they didnt purchase any information but on the legalities here if youre under contract for other peoples personal information youve already paid for it. A walking HIPPA violation.

    Swift funds is a collection agency who claims I owe CycleBar money. My membership to CycleBar was paid in full and ended in 2020. I never received a communication from CycleBar about money owed. And it was two years before swiftfunds contacted me. I told them I dont owe them money and I would contact CycleBar. They said I wasnt allowed to do that and I had to pay them directly (a lie). I contacted CycleBar who said I dont owe them anything and they then contacted swiftfunds to tell them the same. I thought the matter was resolved but theyve started harassing me again. They wont provide a written communication about the charges. I want this charge cleared from their records and to never hear from them again

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This company is hiding behind the Fair Debt Collections Act while violating it repeatedly. I have asked them multiple times to stop harassing me and I have told them that I dispute the claim and refuse to pay, as I am allowed to do under the **** Act, yet they disregard and continue calling and texting. They also violate the act by lying about how the claim can be resolved. I am not asking the BBB to review my personal account, so not being able to disclose third party information is not relevant. I want to be protected from this company contacting me nonstop, which is against the law. I have reached out to this company multiple times to resolve this and refuse to do so again. I now want to be protected by law from illegal business practices.
