      I purchased an HP printer 8020 pro E on March 5, 2024 first time I replaced the print cartridges. The printer comes up and the print cartridges installed have been altered or reused. Well, I had taken the print cartridges out because the cartridges were printing properly, but there a little bit of ink left so I put them back in And they stopped working. Now the printer, although theres nothing wrong with it except that it thinks there are altered or reused print cartridges.

      Contacted ** support cuz my printer wouldnt bluetooth from my laptop. the guy tried but then said he would need to get into my laptop so i gave him that. about 40 kminutede into it he said cant work so he said we have a all-n=one plan i siad ok they sent me a new printer and i called for installation . he again needed into mky laptop to finish, this went on for a long time and i said enough i dont want this anymore so they gave me return info. i sent printer back they got it my 5/28/25. i got another brand of printewr and i cant bkuetooth to it also my external speakers do not work now. i cant get into my bluetooth settings cuz it only lets me into add a device . I **** turn on or off as i cant get there as they have done something bthat keeps me out. Today i called and 4 bdiffernet peoplke tell me unless i pay 50 some dollars for ***** they will not help me?

      After one of **'s firmware updates my LaserJet P1102 stopped working. i didn't update the firmware myself they pushed it out. Why did they have to s**** with it in the first place?"

      I purchased a HP laptop on 12-14-24 from the hp Amazon store. On 5-27-25 I filed a warranty claim due to the battery already not working. ** acknowledges they have an Amazon store but claims because ****** sold it and modified it they will not help us. The listing on the Amazon store does state its under warranty and the ram was upgraded. Again this is the ** Amazon store! Im being told that products sold on ****** or even at best buy wont be covered by their warranty. ** seems to not understand we bought it through their Amazon store. They also acknowledge the warranty is active. Im honestly confused on how they know its modified when they havent seen it or even remotely accessed it.

      Hewlett Packard gave me 6 months of instant ink for free. They added paper to the subscription and are charging me for it without my consent. Now they have my printer locked to where I cannot print important documents, until I pay a balance that I did not incur. They're trying to extort me for money in order for me to be able to print from a printer that I paid for at a retailer. This is extortion and surely cannot be legal!

      I bought a brand new printer on September 2 from Best Buy. I hardly ever use my printer. I went to use it today. It did not print I put in brand new ink. It still did not print. I contacted chat and went through about 1 million troubleshooting steps eventually their Specialist.(***** m) just stopped replying to me. I want my printer replaced. Its under warranty. Its not working and Im sick of this.

      Bought HP Laptop from ******. I also purchased extended 3 year warranty.The laptop freezes randomly almost everyday, blue screen and an error message.Contacted Hp several times, issue remains unresolved.Uploaded the recent chat with the online agent.Followed the instructions with the recovery flash drive the agent provided, issue remains unresolved.Not responding, blue screen and error message again tonight..

      My computer stopped working under warranty. I have called many times. They keep promising to send a box for me to send it to be repaired. This has been going on for a week and a half. I explained I really need my computer. I am totally disgusted with this company! I had to go out and purchase another computer due to them not honoring my warranty!

      I purchase a laptop from ** and a couple months later the screen stopped working. I sent to the address that is in my complaint 2 and a half months ago and I have no idea if the have my machine and when or if they are going to send it back. ** hasn't said anything to me, my machine is covered on the warranty, so why is it taking so long to fix it!! my warranty expires in a couple of months and it looks like they are trying to burn my remaining warranty time left!! If ** doesn't send me my machine back to me I want a full refund. I purchase this machine for my daughter for school and she has been without it for entirely too long and she is using another I purchased, I am never ever going to purchase anything from ** ever again!!I have the tracking 1Z6E55402684787852 it's been over 120 days so it won't register but I do have the pictures of my item being sent with label that ** sent me.       So I sent back a hp printer and there not willing to help me locate the tracking number I went to ***** the cant help me get the tracking number as they can not look at the cameras at all
