Purchased a brand new HP printer from Amazon, it stopped working after 4.5 weeks. Just ***************** window for Amazon. Have been dealing with ********** which is terrible. Spent $290 and can't get an answer from HP. Please help me find a person in HP that cares.Business Response

Hp did not supply black ink cartridges 11/2023-3/2024 because printer was reporting a cartridge which was sent. The color cartridge continued to be sent. In November hp representative was informed of missing cartridge but never sent a new one. Ended service contract with HP due to no cartridge unable to print in black and white just color. Canceled membership brought cartridges> Hp refunded last month only. case ********** for November, December and January refund was closed with no refund issued. Also HP was supposed to send HP return packaging for color cartridges never used this has not been done either.There are emails not sure how to send?Business Response

A workstation of about 5000$ is not working properly It is under 3 years warranty including in site service HP worked to fix the issue remotely and after spending more than 3 weeks and numerous hours very second day with several technicians in all levels they gave up and opted to replace the unit. I have emails telling me that they are ready to replace the unit. At that time my wife passed away and I had to take days off. When I returned a new manager is asking to start the test from the start although the decision was taken to replace the unit.Business Response

I ordered a black ink cartridge from HP to fit a 8630 as the old one was empty. They charged my card and 4 days later this envelope made from recycled material was left by *** at my door. It had been squashed by the same truck that delivered it here. I tried to return the item to the driver and he refused claiming it was damaged and he would note it. I contacted H.P and they had me upload a picture and I did. They said please wait 3 days for a refund. The bank said with any dispute they would have to re issue a new card so we did that after day 7 days and still no refund. Today day ******************** with a guy named ********** service manager and after 11 emails from the guy since 8am today I filled out a very scary form asking me for the replacement card number. I called hp and got a nasty philipine lady that would not allow me to speak one word. I ripped her a New one! then she listened. I am supposed to have a refund in another 5-7 business day's told her she has till 9am tomorrow or I call the D.A office as well as the local police. They told me to go F. Off.Business Response

As soon as the warranty was up i was unable to connect the wifi to the printer,i contacted HP support and they fixed the problem. The next time I tried to use the printer I had the same problem. I download a different HP app and it connected with no problem but i had to pay a monthly fee.Business Response

I purchased a laptop and warranty from the company December 2020. The warranty was a no risk warranty where I get refunded the cost of the warranty if I don't use it. I didn't use it during the 3 years and on 1/5/24 I submitted the rebate form. I have heard nothing from the company, there is no phone number to call that works, they do not reply to the email that is given on the form to contact them. The form says the rebate will be received in 6 - 8 weeks, it has been over 3 months and I have still not heard from them or received a check. The amount I am owed is ****** so we aren't talking about an insignificant amount. I wouldn't have purchased the warranty if I thought I wouldn't receive the rebate.Business Response

February 22 2024 I bought an HP laptop computer HP - Envy 17.3" Full HD Touch-Screen ******** ***** Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD - Natural Silver It was defective from the moment I turned it on. The touchpad mouse wasn't working properly the laptop wouldn't shut properly the screen would turn blue and the computer would shut down and restart on it's own. I was quite sick at the time of the store's (BestBuy) return date only 2 weeks from date of purchase. I have a small business and was quite busy. The store BestBuy was unwavering in their return/exchange policy so I called HP ******* said don't worry we'll take the computer back or fix it. When I was well I called HP they resisted assisting telling me to go to BestBuy I tried BestBuy said it was HP problem. Back to HP they still resisted finally sent box to ship them the unit. I did. I bought a computer for $1000 I can't use on 2/22 here it is almost 6 weeks later they send an email telling me I have to wait almost 3 more weeks until 4/19 At this point I just want a refund or another brand new computer NOW. I NEED THIS COMPUTER!!!NO REPAIRS!!! NEW COMPUTER PLEASE!!! THAT'S WHAT I BOUGHT!!! I need this for required data security upgrades for my business.PS this is my fifth HP laptop. I have 4 printers all HP. I have been satisfied in performance and service but this experience is grossly disappointing While I am 66 years old I have operated a business that relies on technology for many years. HP has terrible customer service and i've been struggling since last year September 15 2023 to get assistance uninstalling what appears to be HP Malware from my PC. They have apps to help with printers and now that the printer is broken i'd like to old applications to leave.BUT HP installed something that is not uninstallable!I asked them and they were less than helpful.I want a new laptop without this malware or the tools to uninstall it. The laptop was fully functional and operational until I contacted HP ******* Services, except that it would not connect wirelessly to the internet. However, I bought an adapter to hardwire the laptop to the internet. I contacted HP in order to have the correct wireless drivers install on the laptop or to see if they could assist with the issue of the laptop not connecting wirelessly to the internet. They told me that I need to subscribe to their Smart *************** for them to assist me to fix the problem. Every step of the way and everything that was tried made the laptop more useless and nonfunctional to the point that my daughter can't use the computer for her school work because they deleted windows off the laptop in an attempt to again, fix the wireless issue. Now, the laptop is stuck on a blue screen that says recovery attempt failed.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted by HP, however, the laptop is still not in any working condition and everything Ive tried over the past couple weeks has failed to put the computer to its original condition prior to me contacting HP for a WiFi connection issue. I received a media recovery flash drive from HP, but it gave me the same error message as when I used a media flash drive I bought and HP loaded recovery files from a cloud recovery system. *** reached out to HP after the initial phone call from this complaint with no response or follow up that they were going to have someone look at the laptop to try and fix it. The media recovery is not working.
