    Hi Team,

    This is regarding Leetcode. They charged without alerting about subscription charge on my card. I cancelled the service as soon as I got notification from my bank. However, company policy suggests to use entire one year of subscription and no refund will be granted.

    Service is good and I have used for past two years. However there should be flexibility in subscription charges if person cancels the first day...they should not have to force users to use entire one year subscription.

    We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience on our refund policy!

    According to our Cancellation and Refund Policy displayed during the checkout process and on Terms of Service (https://leetcode.com/terms/), the account owner must cancel a subscription before its renewal date to avoid the next billing. We are seeing no cancellation was initiated to avoid renewal.

    However, as a one-time exception for our loyal customer, I've refunded the full $159.00 back to your original account. The refund might take from 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your bank account.

    In order to provide this refund for you, I have canceled the unwanted annual subscription in your account, which ends your account's premium service immediately, and your account will not be charged again until you re-subscribe to a new premium subscription.

    I have not used leetcode in many months.
    without prior notice of an upcoming renewal, Leetcode decided to charge for an yearly subscription.
    they do have subscription monthly basis, but instead they decided to do a yearly subscription and now refuse to issue an refund.

    This is year long service that I have not used in the past 8 months. Also at the time of start of service, they have not mentioned about un-noticed subscription renewal.

    please help me to get my $159.00, refund back.

    Nature of Dispute: I was not notified that the subscription was going to be renewed for an additional year before my credit card was charged. I have no intention of using the service for an additional year as I have no need for the service any longer and am requesting a refund in full.

    I sent an email to Leetcode's billing email and have not currently heard anything at this time. However, from what I have previously seen, the only way to get a refund in this situation is to file a complaint.
